| The manufacture and use of tools is the source of human evolution and development,and the pre-Qin tools are the origin of ancient creations and the source of ancient design in China.Taking the agricultural tools and handicraft tools of the pre-Qin period as the research object,starting from the new perspective of design,the paper draws on the research methods of history,archaeology,aesthetics,sociology,anthropology and other disciplines,and comprehensively,deeply and systematically studies the causes of the occurrence of pre-Qin tools on the basis of archaeological excavations and related documents,sorts out the development context of pre-Qin tools,explores the wisdom of antiquities contained in pre-Qin tools,summarizes the cultural connotation of pre-Qin tools,and analyzes the continuation path of pre-Qin tools.Based on the main line of time,the paper expounds the five stages of the budding,initiation,progress,development and system establishment of pre-Qin tools from the aspects of Paleolithic period,Neolithic period,Xia Shang Zhou period,Spring and Autumn period and Warring States period,etc.,which better presents the evolution process of pre-Qin tools and analyzes the characteristics of pre-Qin tools at different stages.Based on the reform of pre-Qin tool materials,the paper discusses the shape,function,process and use of wooden tools,bone tools,stone tools,copper tools and iron tools,reflecting the great impact of material technology innovation on the development of pre-Qin tools.Taking handicraft as the starting point,this paper briefly describes the evolution process of agriculture and handicraft in the Pre-Qin Dynasty,and studies the types,functions,structures and use methods of relevant tools in various handicraft in the Pre-Qin Dynasty.This paper interprets the pre-Qin tools from the perspective of design,analyzes the functions,structures,materials and processes of excellent cases in the pre-Qin tools,and interprets the ancient Chinese design thought and creation wisdom embodied in the pre-Qin tools.This paper verifies that ancient Chinese ancestors had a clear and simple design consciousness,and lead the ancient Chinese creation,and the systematic research of pre-Qin tools helps to build a theoretical system of ancient Chinese design.Pre-Qin official and folk design is the watershed of ancient design thought,pre-Qin tools laid the benchmark of later tools,is the embodiment of ancient creation technology and cultural thought,has an important impact on ancient artifact design,and establishes the paradigm of ancient Chinese creation and design.Pre-Qin tools take function as the starting point,material innovation as the foundation,technological progress as the driving force,suitability as the foundation and simplicity as the principle,which have important reference and enlightenment significance for contemporary and future Chinese design. |
