business,traveled thousands of miles to find a beautiful place to live,and returned their souls to their homeland after death.The epic is rich in content,involving 155 characters,93 geographical scenes,and about 74 species of various creatures,including animals and plants.Through the symbiosis and coexistence between man and nature,man and society,and man and gods,it reflects the Hmong.Cosmic,ecological,historical,social,cultural,and aesthetic concepts and styles,lifelike characters,thrilling war scenes,tragic and grand migration scenes,long-term expansion of territory,surging construction,based on the word frequency analysis and text content research of the epic text of "King Yalu",this paper fully draws on and absorbs Professor Feng Xiaolun’s triple life thought in life aesthetics,to further extend the scope of human life to the biological world,non-biological world and even the wider material world,so as to establish a theoretical basis with "self" as the logical element in the grand vision of all things in the universe,and discuss the "self" From the most primitive level of "empty self",in order to show self-realization and self-beauty,under the interaction of the two forces of outward generation and inward return,push the universe from the state of "nothingness"(the existence of nothingness,the desire to find the entity Existence),through the eight-level transcendence of emptiness,disorder,purposelessness,unconsciousness,human individuality,the existence of entities,particularity and typicality,finitude and relativity,in the external
