Objective:"Man and heaven and earth are interrelated"is an important thought of the theory of Five Yun and Six Qi in Huangdineijing.The Six Qi are wind,heat,fire,dampness,dryness and cold.Six Qi is the law of natural climate change.The abnormal change of Six Qi is six Yin.The six Yin are wind Yin,heat Yin,fire Yin,dampness Yin,dryness Yin and cold Yin.Six erotic is an important factor leading to the occurrence of diseases,which is called exogenous etiology in the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Modern meteorology believes that meteorological factors are the direct factors affecting climate change.Meteorological factors mainly include temperature,humidity,wind speed,precipitation,atmospheric pressure and sunshine.Human life activities and diseases are closely related to natural climate change.Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a disease with the maximum mortality rate in today’s society.It has a maximum incidence and recurrence rate and seriously threatens human life and health.The most common form of coronary heart disease is angina pectoris.The etiology of coronary heart disease angina pectoris consists of external causes such as wind Yin,heat Yin,fire Yin,dampness Yin,dryness Yin and cold Yin and internal causes such as emotion,diet and strain injury.Based on the exogenous etiology theory of Five Yun and Six Qi in Huangdineijing,this paper conducts a theoretical study on the exogenous etiology of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Huangdineijing and ancient literatures.Due to China’s vast territory,different regions have different climate characteristics,and different meteorological factors have different influences on the exogenous etiology of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and the Five Yun and Six Qi periods.Furthermore,the correlation between meteorological factors and the incidence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris was studied based on the theory of Five Yun and Six Qi in Huangdineijing.To establish a scientific meteorological warning model of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris induced by Five Yun and Six Qi periods in different regional climate environment.This research has important clinical guiding significance and practical value for the exogenous etiology of clinical coronary heart disease angina pectoris and the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris during the five Yun and Six Qi periods in different regional climate environment.Method:1.Theoretical Research:This paper makes an in-depth study on the TCM names of similar diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the exogenous etiology of the occurrence of coronary heart disease based on the literature review method and theoretical analysis method in theoretical research and the rules of Five Yun and Six Qi in the literatures of Huangdineijing and ancient China.1.1 The TCM names of similar diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Huangdineijing and ancient literatures are systematically sorted out and further studied.1.2 The exogenous etiology of similar diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Huangdineijing and ancient literatures is systematically analyzed and further studied.1.3 Systematically analyzed the Huangdineijing and the ancient literature in the occurrence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris similar diseases of the law of five Yun and six Qi,and further studied.2.Epidemiological Studies:A statistical approach.2.1 Collection and collation of 10-year coronary heart disease(CHD)and Angina pectoris(AP)admitted to 7 hospitals of Songyuan City(Qianguo hospital),Siping City(Siping hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,First People’s Hospital of Siping City),Yanji City(Yanbian Chaoyi Hospital,Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital,Yanji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine),Linjiang City(Linjiang Hospital)and corresponding meteorological database from 20 January 2003 to 20 January 2013.2.2 The X~2test of descriptive statistics and completely randomly designed R×C table data was used to analyze whether the incidence of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in Songyuan,Siping,Yanji,Linjiang of Jilin Province was statistically significant.And using two independent sample t-test,Fisher exact probability method with the single factor analysis on Suiyun,Zhuyun,Keyun,Zhuqi,Keqi,Sitianzhiqi in Zaiquanzhiqi in different peried of Five Yun and Six Qi and average temperature,minimum temperature,maximum temperature,rainfall,the average wind speed of 5 kinds of meteorological factors and correlation of angina pectoris with coronary heart disease.The Logistic regression method was used to analyze the influence of the changes of Five Yun and Six Qi,the combination of Yun and Qi,the changes of guest host plus Lin,five single meteorological factors,five single meteorological factors of different grades and the interaction of five meteorological factors on the incidence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Songyuan,Siping,Yanji,Linjiang and four regions of Jilin Province.And the influence of the interaction between the changes of Five Yun and Six Qi and five single and compound meteorological factors on the incidence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Songyuan,Siping,Yanji,Linjiang and four regions of Jilin Province.3.Research on Early Warning Model Construction:Statistics,R language,machine learning methods.The Logistic regression method,random forest,decision tree,SVM(support vector machine)machine learning method were used to build the early warning model of pathogenesis of coronary heart disease angina pectoris under the Jilin province regional climate based on the correlation between meteorological factors and the results of the study of coronary heart disease angina onset and Five Yun and Six Qi period.Results:1.The results of the study on the scope of diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Huangdineijing and ancient literatures are as follows:1.1 Chest pain,death pain,kidney pain,liver pain and chronic pain correspond to similar symptoms of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.1.2 Heartburn,acute heartburn,syncope heartburn,stomach heartburn,lung heartburn,heart pain,cardiothoracic pain,chest pain,chest pain and chest pain correspond to similar symptoms of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.1.3 For acute myocardial infarction,cataplexy,splenic heartache,chest paralysis,subcardiac pain and cardiac diaphragmatic pain do not correspond to similar symptoms of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.2.The research results of the correlation between the occurrence of similar diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and exogenous etiology in Huangdi Neijing and ancient literatures are as follows:2.1 It is recorded in Huangdineijing that all six evils of the exogenous can lead to the onset of the disease,which can be induced independently or sympathically.Most of them are caused by cold Yin and heat Yin.Most of wind Yin and fire Yin are caused by cold Yin and heat Yin.Many factors are caused by a combination of"two fire"and cold.The main reason for dampness Yin and dryness Yin is that liver wood and spleen soil are affected by evil causes such as heart pain or chest pain,coronary heart disease and angina pectoris similar symptoms.2.2 It was recorded in ancient non-medical literature that wind Yin,cold Yin,dampness Yin can cause the occurrence of similar symptoms of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.2.3 It was recorded in the ancient medical literature of the six evils of the exogenous evil can lead to coronary heart disease angina pectoris and the huangdi neijing,similar disease,but see also in the six exogenous factors hybrid wind Yin with cold and hot her,in two or more evil hybrid pathogenic,see more cold,fire,heat,wind,and hybrid of wet her three pathogenic.3.The research results of the occurrence of similar diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and the variation rules of Five Yun and Six Qi in Huangdineijing and ancient literatures are as follows:3.1 The age of luck of similar symptom on angina,coronary heart disease in Huangdineijing are too much Water luck,less Fire luck,less Gold luck,too much Gold luck.Sitian Qi is less warm with cold climate.It is easy to get sick when the Taiyin wins,the Shaoyang wins and other phenomenon occur in the abnormal climate year of Wuyin and Wushen Sui(Tianfu).3.2 In ancient non-medical literature,similar symptoms of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris occurred in the main period of the end of the main Qi of Taiyanghanshui,which means whether the climate cold or not,and the disease is easy to occur when the cold and heat are more frequent.3.3 In ancient medical literature,the similar diseases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris are too much Fire of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and the law of Five Yun and Six Qi in Jilin Province are as follows:4.1 Rules of Five Yun and Six Qi in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Songyuan area:4.1.1 Results of single factor analysis:It is most likely to get sick when there are too much wood luck,too much gold luck in Ke Yun and in the beginning of the main luck,with little Yang in Ke Qi and cold and too wet in Quantaiyin.4.1.2 Results of multi-factor analysis:The maximum risk of getting sick is:female,older,with too much wood luck,too much gold luck of Ke Yun and cold and too wet in Ke Qi.4.2 Regularities of Five Yun and Six Qi in the incidence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Siping area:4.2.1 Results of single factor analysis:too much wood luck in the year,too much gold luck in the beginning of the main Qi and too much Ke Qi in the beginning of the main Qi,less fire of Ke Qi,and cold water in the sun,and too wet soil in the spring are the most likely to be affected.4.2.2 Results of multi-factor analysis:The maximum risk of getting sick is:female,older,when Ke Yun was not as good as water luck,when the primary Qi was dominant,when the sun was cold of Sitian.4.3 Rules of Five Yun and Six Qi in the incidence of pectoris in Yanji area:4.3.1 Single factor analysis results:the disease is most likely to occur when the wood luck is too maximum,the main luck is too maximum,with the Ke luck is not as good as the water luck,the wet soil is too mild,the cold water is too cold,and the soil is too wet.4.3.2 Results of multi-factor analysis:The older the person is the maximumer the risk of disease is when the Ke luck is not as good as water luck when the sun is cold.4.4 Rules of Five Yun and Six Qi in the incidence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Linjiang area:4.4.1 Single factor analysis results:The disease is most likely to occur when the annual luck of wood is too maximum,the main luck ends,the Ke Yun of wood is too low,the main Qi ends with the cold water are wet climate.4.4.2 Results of multi-factor analysis:The risk of disease was maximum when the age was older,the fourth main luck and the gold luck of Ke luck was too maximum,the first Qi,with the big sun and cold climate.4.5 Regularity of Five Yun and Six Qi in the incidence of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in four regions of Jilin Province:4.5.1 Results of single factor analysis:too much wood luck in the year,too much money luck in the beginning of the main luck,too much gold luck in the Ke Yun and the second main Qi,little Yang,cold water in the sun,and too wet soil are the most susceptible to disease.4.5.2 Results of multi-factor analysis:female,older,riverside area,the end of the main luck,less Ke luck and water luck,at the beginning of the main Qi,with cold climate.5.The research results of the correlation between the incidence of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and luck as well as the guest and guest involvement in Jilin of the fourth main Qi,too much wood luck and Ke luck,too much fire luck with hot climate,cold climate in Ke Qi,and hot climate in Ke Qi are the most likely to getting coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.5.3 Yanji Region:less water luck of the age and Ke luk,hot climate in the third main Qi,too much water luck and Ke luck,too wet in Ke Qi,less earth luck in Ke luk,less gold luck in Ke luck with cold weather are the most likely to getting coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.5.4 Linjiang Region:too much earth luck of the age of the third main luck,too much earth luck and water luck of Ke luck,too much earth luch of the fourth main Qi,too much earth luck with hot weather,less wood luck of Ke luck and the third main luck,too wet of the end main luck,cold weather of the second main luck,hot weather of the end main luck and the second main luck,too much fire luck of Ke Qi,too much wood luck and Ke luck with cold weather are the most likely to getting coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.5.5 Four regions of Jilin Province:less wood luck of the age and Ke luck,too much water luck with hot weather,less gold luck of the fourth main luck,too wet of the third main luck,cold weather of the third main luck,less gold luck of the fifth main luck,cold weather of the third main Qi,too wet inthe third main Qi and cold in the fourth main Qi,too much water luck with wet weather,too much wood luck with cold weather,less wood luck in Ke luck with hot weather are the most likely to getting coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.6.The research results of the correlation between the incidence of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and meteorological factors in Jilin Province are as follows:6.1 The incidence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Jilin Province was correlated with five single meteorological factors6.1.1 Songyuan Region:(1)Univariate analysis results:The lower the average temperature,minimum temperature and maximum temperature had the maximumer the risk of disease.(2)Multivariate analysis results:The maximumer the precipitation had the maximumer the risk of disease.6.1.2 Siping Region:(1)Univariate analysis results:The lower the average temperature,minimum temperature and maximum temperature had the maximumer the risk of disease.(2)Multi-factor analysis results:Five single meteorological factors had no significant effect on the risk of the disease.6.1.3 Yanji Region:(1)Univariate analysis results:The lower the average temperature and maximum temperature,and the maximumer the average wind speed had the maximumer the risk of disease.(2)Multi-factor analysis results:The maximumer the average wind speed had the maximumer the risk of disease.6.1.4 Linjiang Region:(1)Univariate analysis results:The lower the mean temperature,minimum temperature and maximum temperature,the maximumer the precipitation,and the lower the mean wind speed had the maximumer the risk of disease.(2)Results of multi-factor analysis:The maximumer the minimum temperature and maximum temperature,the maximumer the precipitation,the lower the average temperature,and the lower the average wind speed had the maximumer the risk of disease.It can be seen that the influence of analysis factors leads to abnormal results of multi-factor analysis,and the results of single-factor analysis should prevail.6.1.5 Four regions of Jilin Province:(1)Univariate analysis results:The lower the mean temperature,minimum temperature and maximum temperature,the maximumer the precipitation,and the lower the mean wind speed had the maximumer the risk of disease.(2)Results of multi-factor analysis:The maximumer the average temperature is,the maximumer the precipitation is,the lower the maximum temperature is,and the lower the average wind speed is,the maximumer the risk of disease is.It can be seen that the influence of analysis factors leads to abnormal results of multi-factor analysis,and the results of single-factor analysis should prevail.6.2 The incidence of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Jilin Province was correlated with the changes of different grades of five single with the decrease of the interaction between maximum air temperature and average wind speed,and the influence of minimum air temperature on the incidence of Songyuan increased with the increase of maximum air temperature.The influence of minimum air temperature on the incidence of the disease increased with the increase of the interaction between mean air temperature and mean wind speed,and the influence of minimum air temperature on the incidence increased with the decrease of the interaction between mean air temperature,precipitation and mean wind speed.6.3.2 The influence of maximum temperature on the incidence of Siping increased with the weakening of the interaction between precipitation and mean wind speed.6.3.3 The influence of minimum temperature and maximum temperature on the incidence increased with the increase of precipitation in Yanji.6.3.4 The influence of maximum temperature on the incidence of Linjiang increased with the increase of mean wind speed,while the influence of average temperature on the incidence of Linjiang increased with the increase of maximum temperature.6.3.5 The minimum temperature of four areas of Jilin province increased along with precipitation enhancement effects on the pathogenesis,the maximum temperature effect on the onset of enhanced with the increase of average wind speed,the maximum temperature along with the increase of precipitation enhancement effects on the incidence,the average temperature with the increase of the minimum temperature effects on the incidence,the average temperature effect on the onset of enhanced with the increase of the maximum temperature,The influence of precipitation on the incidence of The disease increased with the increase of the interaction between mean temperature and maximum
