China’s forestry has entered an important stage of improving the quality of forest resources and changing the mode of development,from traditional timber production to multi-functional,multi-objective and near natural forest management mode.It is of great theoretical and research value to build a multi-objective planning model for plantation,combine sustainable forest planning with small class operation design,and guide small class operation design with the idea of multi-objective management.In this study,Cunninghamia lanceolata and Pinus massoniana in Guangxi were taken as the research objects to explore the application of multi-objective planning in forest management planning.In view of the lack of professional forestry decision support system and forestry expert knowledge to guide the design of forestry management in grass-roots forestry,this paper studies the intelligent compilation technology of small class operation method and the research and construction of artificial forest management decision system.In order to provide theoretical guidance for the practical application of multi-functional forest management in China,a multi-functional adaptability evaluation model was established to evaluate the multi-objective forest management area.Based on the above research,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Knowledge extraction,site evaluation and harvest model construction of plantation.The knowledge of afforestation and operation was extracted from a large number of plantation cultivation and management data by decision tree method.The knowledge base of plantation cultivation and management was constructed to provide decision support for the subsequent afforestation operation design and operation design.Meanwhile,the site evaluation model is constructed by quantitative theory,and the model of stand accumulation,average DBH and tree height is constructed by using multivariate regression theory and taking the stand age,hectare plant number and status index as independent variables.(2)Suitability evaluation of sub-compartment multifunctional management.Based on the data of secondary investigation of forest resources of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the suitability model of forest multi-functional management was constructed.Based on the survey data of forest resources,a multi-functional management leading function oriented model was constructed.The overall accuracy rate was 61% and the accuracy rate of wood production function was 94.2%.It can provide scientific basis for the rational spatial allocation of forest resources and the rapid development of forest multi-functional management.(3)Multi-objective planning model and solution for plantation forest management.Based on the secondary investigation of forest resources data of state-owned Gaofeng forest farm in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,,an artificial timber forest management planning model with the basic goal of maximizing the comprehensive benefits of timber benefits and carbon storage incremental benefits within the 10-year plan is established.Explore the solution efficiency of traditional linear programming methods and simulated annealing algorithms in multi-objective business planning models.The research results show that:(1)The simulated annealing algorithm has a better target solution than the traditional nonlinear programming.(2)Compared with the standard simulated annealing algorithm based on improved neighborhood search technology,it can improve the quality of the solution,but it will increase the simulation optimization time.(4)The realization of the assistant system for designing intelligent sub-compartment operation method of plantation cultivation and management.According to the research and design of the previous chapters,the auxiliary system for the design of intelligent sub-compartment management method for plantation cultivation and management wais realized.It has realized the functional modules of intelligent selection of sub-compartment,afforestation operation design,management operation design,and auxiliary preparation of management plan.It solved the problems of lack of expert decision-making knowledge,complicated operation design,complicated and lack of guidance in the preparation of management plan when the grassroots forestry design unit performs management operation design.It can also provide forestry designers with expert-assisted decision-making and computer-assisted management plan preparation during operation design.
