With the improvement of the intelligent level of the automobile,the identity of the automobile driver will gradually change to the occupant,and the requirements for the comfort of the automobile are getting higher and higher.The automobile cockpit is the accommodating environment for automobile occupants.According to the survey,cockpit comfort has become one of the main factors for automobile consumers to buy smart automobiles.Compared with other fields,the intelligentization of automobile cockpit is easier to realize,and it has become the most important field for automobile manufacturers.The automobile occupants are affected by the internal and external environment of the cockpit.This paper conducts research on the comfort of automobile intelligent cockpit.By establishing the evaluation index system and evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation model of intelligent cockpit comfort is constructed,and the identification and optimization theory under uncomfortable cockpit conditions is proposed.The main researches are as follows:(1)A comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation grade standards for the comfort of intelligent cockpits have been established.Based on literature analysis,it is proposed that cockpit comfort can be mainly divided into sound,light,heat and humanmachine,and the factors involved include occupant physiology and psychology.Research methods mainly include subjective and objective research methods.Based on the perspective of the cockpit microenvironment,it is proposed to divide the cockpit comfort into five levels:comfortable,slightly uncomfortable,uncomfortable,very uncomfortable and intolerable.(2)The theory of intelligent cockpit comfort evaluation is put forward.An experimental study on the single-factor evaluation of the comfort of the intelligent cockpit was automobileried out,and the influence rule of the single-factor experiment was obtained.For the cockpit acoustic environment,light environment,thermal environment and humancomputer interaction environment,an experimental plan including static,constant speed and acceleration conditions was formulated.An experimental study was automobileried out on an automobile with an intelligent cockpit environment,and the corresponding relationship between the noise level of the cockpit micro-environment,the cockpit light illumination,the cockpit temperature,and the price of the automobile and the comfort of the automobile was obtained.(3)A comprehensive evaluation model of intelligent cockpit comfort is constructed.From the perspective of subjective and objective evaluation,the weights of the main indicators that affect the comfort of automobile occupants are studied.When using the entropy weight method to study the objective weight of the evaluation index,considering that the boundary conditions of the evaluation index bring about the jump of the entropy weight,the coefficient of variation was introduced to improve the traditional entropy weight method,and the objective weight of the cockpit comfort evaluation index was obtained.Using the theory of game theory,the subjective weight obtained by the AHP method and the objective weight obtained by the improved entropy weight method are synthesized.The weight verification based on order and strength theory is proposed,and the rationality of the weight of the cockpit evaluation index is verified.Using the idea of substitution and synthesis,an evaluation model for the comfort of the intelligent cockpit is obtained.Using the collected 123 sets of test data,the comprehensive evaluation model is verified by the SVM method,which proves the rationality of the constructed smart cockpit comfort model.(4)The cloud model of intelligent cockpit comfort was constructed,and the research on the influencing factors of intelligent cockpit comfort was automobileried out.A standard cloud of five evaluation levels was constructed,and a bottom-up comprehensive evaluation cloud model theory was established,which was verified by experiments.From the perspective of acoustic environment,light environment,thermal environment and human-computer interaction environment,the influence of typical parameters on cockpit comfort is analyzed.The influence of the unit change rate of the cockpit factor on the suitability is further studied.The influence of the unit change rate of cockpit factors on the suitability was further studied.The cockpit comfort gradually increased with the increase of the 5d B(A)change rate of noise,and first decreased and then increased with the increase of the change rate of 100 lx illumination,1℃,and 50,000 yuan.(5)The peak comfort values and conditions under the single and comprehensive cockpit environment were obtained,and the cockpit discomfort identification model was constructed.On this basis,the comfort is divided into tolerable area and intolerable area,and the comfort area is divided into first and second comfort levels,and the corresponding comfort area and corresponding conditions are constructed.A priority strategy for cockpit comfort identification is proposed.According to this theory,discomfort identification is automobileried out for 117 groups of test conditions,which proves the reliability of the discomfort identification model.This paper proposes an evaluation index system and evaluation model for the comfort of automotive intelligent cockpit,and obtains a comprehensive evaluation model of cockpit comfort through real automobile tests and game theory combining subjective and objective.The weights in the comprehensive evaluation model are verified by the order and strength theory,and the SVM model is further used to verify the consistency of the evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation model,which shows that the established comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable.The influence law of comfort under typical indicators and unit variables is studied,the conditions and standards for the division of comfort zones of intelligent cockpits are proposed,a cockpit discomfort identification model is constructed,and117 groups of non-comfortable state environments collected from the test are identified,which proves the reliability and rationality of the identification model,and provides a theoretical and methodological basis for further research on the comfort of intelligent cockpits.
