| The firing precision is one of important indexes to measure the tactical and technical performance of the multiple launch rocket system(MLRS).The traditional evaluation method of firing precision is designed based on the classical statistical theory,which will inevitably lead to many problems such as large amount of ammunition,long precision test cycle,high cost and so on.As an important part of the national 973 project,in this thesis,the MLRS is taken as research object and the transfer matrix method for multibody systems(MSTMM)is used to carry out system dynamics simulation and test design of firing precision of the MLRS from the perspective of the whole system including launch system,rocket and environment,which provides theoretical basis and effective technical means for improving the test level of firing precision of the MLRS.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The multibody system dynamics model of the MLRS undergoing large spatial motion,the contact model between wheel and ground,the road model and gunadjustment model are established,which realize the fast computation of dynamics response of the MLRS.The dynamics responses of the MLRS under the typical condition are studied,which provides a theoretical support for dynamics simulation of firing precision of the MLRS;(2)A multi-rigid-flexible-body system launch dynamics model of the MLRS and its dynamics equations are established.The firing precision dynamics simulation system of the MLRS is developed,which realizes dynamics simulation of launch and flight dynamics,and is verified by modal tests and firing tests.The influence factors of firing precision of the MLRS are studied by using stepwise regression analysis method;(3)The comprehensive evaluation method of dynamics simulation system credibility of firing precision is established.Combining group analytic hierarchy process method,the comprehensive index system model for credibility of firing precision dynamics simulation of the MLRS is constructed.The modified index comprehensive weigh determination method is proposed,which improving rationality of the index weight.A variety of performance analysis methods of simulation and test data are used to improve the effectiveness of simulation system credibility evaluation results.(4)The estimation and test design method for firing precision of the MLRS are studied.Considering the credibility of prior information,the posterior estimation formula of firing precision is deduced by using the form of mixed prior distribution.A truncated sequential test method based on two types risks model is proposed,which reduces test samples.Based on the firing precision dynamics simulation system of the MLRS,firing test schemes are designed. |
