In order to satisfy the demands of ship maintenance supporting at far-sea,a research on capacity of the maintenance supporting at far-sea which based on the maintenace ship and base(CMSFMSB)has been carried out.The maintenance supporting for ship at far-sea is a complex giant systemic problem involving many contents and wide domain,mainly includes the research on type decision of CMSFMSB,the research on the layout of the maintenance supporting base at far-sea,the research on the configuration of maintenance supporting ship for the maintenance support base at far-sea,the research on the route planning of the maintenance supporting ship and the capability assessment of maintenance supporting system at far-sea,and so on.These researches involve some key issues and technologies in the planning of the capacity construction of maintenance supporting at far sea.This thesis tries to provide a general idea and theoretical methods for the development and construction of China’s maintenance and support capability at far sea in the future.The following detailed works have been done in each section refered afore.(1)A group decision-making method based on R-THIOWA operator is proposed in the research on the type decision of CMSFMSB to solve the problem of fuzzy-related multiattribute group decision-making.Firstly,based on triangular hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the Choquet integral,meanwhile considering the decision information and order information,a R-THIOWA operator is constructed.Secondly,the character of idempotence,boundedness and ordered monotonicity of the R-THIOWA operator have been proven.Finally,a general steps of the group decision-making method are proposed based on the R-THIOWA operator.The results of an example analysis show that the proposed method is suitable for the selection of the type of ship for maintenance supporting at far-sea.(2)In the research on the layout of maintenance supportinng base at far-sea,a integer programming model aimed at the lowest total operating cost is constructed.In the model,the characteristics of continuity and uncertainty of ship maintenance supporting demand are considered.When solving the model,the central limit theorem and the maximum entropy theory are applied to discretize and determinize the model firstly.Then a heuristic algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is designed to sovle the model.The results of an example analysis show that the constructed model and the solving method are feasible to solve the problem of the layout of the maintenance supporting base at far-sea.Also it can provide a method reference for the research of general continuous uncertain location planning.(3)In the research on the configuration of maintenance supporting ship for maintenance supporting base at far-sea,the income function of base operation,service supplying and demand function,and service coverage function are defined,and then a integer programming model with the lowest total cost are constructed firstly.Secondly,through the determinization equivalent transformation of model constraints,a method for solving the model is designed.Finally,a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm for solving model is designed.The results of an example show that the constructed model and the solving method are feasible to solve the configuration of maintenance supporting ship in maintenance supporting base at farsea and also it provides a research idea for modeling and solving the uncertain programming problems with piecewise function constraints.(4)In the research on the route planning of maintenance supporting ship,a navigation path planning method including complex water area and open water area is constructed from the global point of view.Firstly,Maklink diagram method and Dijkstra method are used to construct navigation path planning method for ship in complex waters,and Grid method and Dijkstra method are used to construct navigation path planning method for ship in open waters.Secondly,considering the influence of Marine hydrometeorological factors such as wind,wave and current,an adaptive path optimization method for maintenance supporting ship is proposed based on genetic algorithm.Finally,the results show that the proposed method can be used to solve the path planning problem of maintenance supporting ship.(5)In the research on the capability evaluation of the maintenance supporting system at far-sea,first of all,an evaluation indicator system for the capability of maintenance supporting system is constructed through the analysis of influencing factors.Secondly,based on the Twotuple linguistic information and the Analytic Hierarchy Process,a group expert strategy for determing the weight of indicator is proposed.Finally,a evaluation method for the capability of the maintenance supporting system at far-sea is formed based on the evidence reasoning approach,the evaluation indicator system and the group expert weighting strategy.The results of an calculation examples show that the constructed indicator system can reflect the connotation of maintenance supporting capability,and the weight assignment method proposed can effectively solve the problem of the weight assignment of the capability evaluation indicators of the maintenance supporting.Furthermore,it can also be used as a general method to assign weights to the capability evaluation indicators of multi-attribute complex giant systems.The effectiveness of the evaluation method of maintenance support capability is verified as well. |
