It is the main work to ensure the safe operation of high-speed trains in various complex environments under the situations of rapid development and large scale of China’s high-speed railway,and it is also the important direction of rail transit technology to develop the intellectualization of high-speed railway operation for its stability,comfort and low energy consumption.In order to improve the control performance of high-speed train,different types of sensors are usually used to monitor the operation status of high-speed train,the corresponding controller is designed to generate control instructions,and then the signals are transmitted by train network to the actuators which receive and execute the control instructions to realize the control of high-speed train.However,the operation character of high-speed train is of strong coupling and highly nonlinear under multiple influencing factors,which is more obvious with the more complex operation environment.In order to solve this strong coupling and highly nonlinear control problem of the complex environment of high-speed train operation,a network control method is proposed in this dissertation based on T-S fuzzy model.The possible influencing factors in the actual operation of high-speed train are concluded as follows:(i)System time-varying delays are generated by between cars coupler interaction force in high-speed trains.(ii)The change of train mass,spring and damper coefficients causes uncertainty during long hours on high-speed trains.(iii)When the information is exchanged between network nodes(sensors,controllers and actuators)in high-speed trains communication network,the data loss packet and communication time-varying delays are caused by network bandwidth limitation and unstable data transmission.(iv)The state information is obtained by speed and displacement sensors,which can exist measurement errors.These influence factors have a different level of impact on the control performance of high-speed train,and even threat high-speed trains safe running.The different control strategies are proposed and analyzed to improve the control performance under impact factors of different combination as follows.Firstly,the system constant time delays and time-varying delays have an effect on high-speed trains property that are respectively investigated.On the above basis,the influence of uncertainty on high-speed trains performance is analyzed.The high-speed train T-S fuzzy multi-particle models with the system single time-delays,multiple time-varying delays,two types time delays each combination with uncertainty are established.The state feedback controllers are designed,based on time-delays and robust control methods,to analyze the influence of the above factors on high-speed trains performance.The feasibility of the proposed control strategies is verified.Secondly,the control problems of high-speed trains performance with the system time-delays,uncertainty and external disturbance are studied.Because some system state variables can not be directly measure in running complex environment,the high-speed train T-S fuzzy multiple model,based on state observer,is established.The state feedback controllers of memory and memoryless combination are designed by using Lyapunov stability theory and LMI methods.The impact of the above three factors on high-speed trains performance is analyzed.Then,the influence of the system and communication time-varying delays,uncertainty,external disturbance and measurement errors on high-speed trains control performance is discussed.Meanwhile,considering some state variables is directly difficult measured.It o stochastic differentiation equation is introduced to process measurement errors.The static output feedback controller is designed to improve the control performance of high-speed trains.This dissertation controllers compare with the existing literature robust H∞controllers,the feasibility and effectiveness are verified by numerical simulation.Finally,the control problems of high-speed trains with the system and communication time-varying delays,uncertainty,external disturbance,measurement errors and data loss packet are investigated.The data loss packet exists by communication network transmission data.Therefore,the high-speed train T-S multi-particle model is more closer practical condition established based on Bernoulli distribution.The output feedback controller with data loss packet is designed by stochastic network control method.The numerical simulation results show that the proposed control strategy not only can ensure the safe running of high-speed trains at low energy consumption,but also achieve accurate parking.
