| Direct drive technology can improve the level of light weight and dynamic performance,and the transmission chain is more compact and more reliable due to the elimination of the gearbox.But at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the torque density of the motor.Magnetic field modulated motors have a long history,but they have not been widely used for a long time due to their complex structure and poor manufacturability.In recent years,with the increasingly urgent driving demand of low-speed and high-torque loads such as new energy vehicles,the magnetic field modulation motor has once again become the focus of attention in the motor industry at home and abroad due to its outstanding torque density advantage.This paper focuses on the two key issues of improving the utilization and manufacturability of permanent magnet materials for magnetic field modulation motors,and has achieved the following innovative results:1.Invented a new type of axial flux vernier motor,established a three-dimensional electromagnetic model of the motor,and put forward a model and method for motor design and optimization on the basis of comparative analysis of different stator and rotor topologies and winding forms.Simulation analysis Compared with the traditional structure,the new motor has the advantages of simple structure,high utilization rate of permanent magnets and good manufacturability.2.Invented an outer rotor split-tooth vernier motor,focused on the influence of winding ends on motor performance,and proposed strategies and methods for motor performance optimization.than the new motor has a higher torque density.3.The cascading scheme of the new axial flux vernier motor is studied.The modularized building block assembly enables customized power configuration,which can meet the special requirements of submersible electric pumps in the petroleum industry.4.The position sensorless vector control technology of the new axial flux vernier motor is studied,and a system solution based on the model reference adaptive method is proposed.The parameter sensitivity problem of the traditional adaptive method is solved by combining the look-up table method and online real-time estimation.The simulation results show that the method has better robustness than the traditional method.On the basis of the above research,an experimental bench was built,an engineering prototype was designed and manufactured,and the effectiveness of the theoretical method was verified by experiments. |
