Stealth cruise missiles are important modern weapons and have great significance for national defense.Compared with traditional cruise missiles,the survivability of stealth cruise missiles has been greatly improved,which has beneficially improved combat capabilities and effects.In recent years,foreign scientists have studied the corresponding key technologies according to the different applications of stealth cruise missiles with the continuous emergence of new materials and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.Some stealth cruise missiles have been equipped with the military.The development history and research status of stealth cruise missiles were summarized at home and abroad based on shape layout and structural form classification in this paper.The key technologies of multidisciplinary design optimization of stealth cruise missiles were summarized.On the basis of computational fluid dynamics,electromagnetic scattering and infrared radiology,the design parameters of stealth cruise missile are optimized with aerodynamic efficiency and stealth performance as the main objectives.The main research contents and results are as follows:The stealth cruise missile was designed based on radar stealth design and wave absorption design considering the layout of oblique vertical tail,principle of parallelism,buried air intake,zigzag lip,component shielding and wave absorption effect of "left-hand material".At the same time,the stealth cruise missile was designed based on infrared stealth air intake design and infrared suppression design,taking into account the design concept of component shielding and blowing cold air.Stealth structure design was used as a very important method in the design process,and the wing expansion method of stealth cruise missile was designed.The numerical calculation of stealth cruise missile was carried out using electromagnetic wave theory.The radar scattering target characteristics of the initial calculation model were obtained.The numerical calculation of stealth cruise missile tail flame considering infrared radiation was carried out to obtain the temperature field of tail flame.Parameterized airfoil of stealth cruise missile was designed using CST airfoil parameterization method.Parameterized stealth cruise missile was designed using CATIA CAA,and a batch processing module was generated.The batch processing technology was used to generate CFD grid file suitable for two-dimensional airfoil optimization.The airfoil of was optimized using multi-island genetic algorithm.The results of airfoil optimization showed that the profile has small pitching moment and large lift-to-drag ratio.The suitable aerodynamic layout of stealth cruise missiles and the design parameters were designed.The parameterization model of stealth cruise missile was established.The numerical calculation of the aerodynamic characteristics for stealth cruise missile was performed using CFD method.An adaptive sampling surrogate model method based on multi-island genetic algorithm was proposed.Under the condition of original sample points,new sample points are added one by one to the appropriate position using this method that the new sample points were located in the sparse area of design space.The standard root-mean-square error was calculated until the surrogate model reached the accuracy requirements.The total number of determined sample points were obtained.The new method was compared and verified.The results show that the surrogate model using adaptive sampling method to add new sample points has higher accuracy.Because the multidisciplinary optimization of stealth cruise missile involves many disciplines and many numerical calculations.This adaptive sampling surrogate model method based on multi-island genetic algorithm has the effect of small calculation and high precision.This method is suitable for multidisciplinary optimization design of stealth cruise missiles.Optimization models and optimization methods were established for single-disciplinary and multidisciplinary.The optimization of stealth cruise missile was dividied to three parts: radar target characteristics,aerodynamic characteristics and infrared characteristics.The sensitivity analysis of the design parameters of stealth cruise missile was carried out.The design parameters that affect the radar target characteristics,aerodynamic characteristics and infrared characteristics were determined.This design parameters were optimized for single-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary,respectively.The design parameters of the optimized model were obtained,and the optimized model was compared with the original model.It was found that the radar scattering area of the side and head of the stealth cruise missile became smaller,the lift-to-drag ratio increased by 2.41%,and the temperature range of the tail flame above 320 K is significantly reduced.A new stealth cruise missile model was designed.The aerodynamic characteristics of the cruise missile optimization model were calculated,and the height characteristics and thrust characteristics of the engine were analyzed.Maximum flight speed at sea level,cruise speed,maximum combat radius,etc.,were calculated using the cruise missile’s aerodynamic data and engine data.The effectiveness of the optimized design method was verified in this paper. |
