With the rapid development of industrial technology,China has entered the peak period of electromechani cal products elimination.Remanufact ured for these used electrom echani cal product s hav e great social and econ omic value.However,subj ected the sh ort pe riod of technical d evelopm ent,the remanufacturing of used electrom echanical products lacks the ov erall plannin g at product level in the design stage,presently.Its creates the contradictio n between comp onent s optimization and pro duct optimization as well as the contradiction b etween compon ent si ze recov ery and product assembly accuracy,resulting in additional co st and product quality fluctuation.As the final form of remanufacturing prod ucts,assembly dim ensional chain can not only directly evaluat e the p erformance b alance degree between vario us component,but also reflect the tolerance lev el of each comp onent with the closed-ring si ze.Therefore,aiming at the used electrom echanical product s,this paper put s forward the reconstruction method of remanufac turing assembly dimen sion chain,to further reduce t he reman ufactur ing production cost,improve th e product quality and process stability,and provide deci sion-making basi s and tool support for relevant remanufacturing enterprises.Focusing on the core pro blem of reconstruction of remanufacturing assembly dim ension al ch ain for used elect romechanical product s,this p aper takes r emanufacturing assembly dimen sion chain as the research obj ect,adopt s non-cooperativ e game(NCG),case-b ased reasoning(CBR)and other method s,and takes " reassembly strategy → tolerance redistribution method → process scheme formulation → process-tolerance integrated optimization" as the research main line,puts forward a set of syst ematic and feasible theor etical method model of reco nstructi on of remanufacturing assembly dimen sion ch ain,mainly includes the following four parts:Firstly,a reassem bly strategy method of component s for remanufacturing assembly dimen sion chain is proposed.According to different used way,component s of remanufacturing assemb ly dimension chain can be divided into four types: ren ew,reuse,reman ufacturing and replace by similar.There ar e great differences in manufacturing co st and life balance among different reassembly str ategies of component for remanufacturing assembly dimen sion chain,which further affects the multi-life cycle cost of products.Therefore,based on th e NCG mod el,this pap er transforms the multi-objectiv e optimization mod el of cost and remainin g life equilibrium under different reassembly strategi es and forms a mappi n g relation ship.Through the fuzzy clustering(F C)between each comp onent,th e strateg y attributio n of th e gam e party is carried out,and the game utilit y m atrix is establi shed combined with the utility function.While usi ng the Nash equilibrium analy sis to obt ain the optimal reassembly strateg y of each component for remanufacturing assembl y dimension chain,the shortcomin gs of the traditional exp erience b ased or linear weighting method in sol ving multi-objectiv e optimization are improved.Secondly,the formulation method of tolerance redistribution schem e for remanufacturing assembly dimen sion chai n is proposed.In order to ameliorate the additional cost and quality fluctuatio n caused by the serial productio n mode of "part size recovery + trial fitting/second ary operation " in remanufacturing at the present stage,th is paper con struct s a four-lev el tolerance redi stribution sy stem and optimization framework from design stag e to manufacturing stage through the correlation analy sis of part source,reassembly strat egy and process capability.On the basis of meeting the process constraint s such as the accuracy requirements of the closed loop and process stability,taking the cost,quality lo ss and process cap ability as the goal and th e accuracy value of the failure surface as the correction,a multi-obj ectiv e optimization mod el is con structed,and the model is solved and optimi zed b y using Beetle Antennae Search Algorit hm(BAS).The optimal tolerance redistribution schem e of the remanufactur ing assembly dimen sion ch ain i s obtained at last.Thirdly,a method of the remanufacturing process desig n and process-toleran ce integrated d esign of remanufacturing assembly dimen sion chain are proposed.The different failure types and failure degrees of used parts of remanuf actured prod ucts make th e formulation of remanuf acturin g process sch eme more difficult than that of new p roducts.In this paper,through the quantitative description of the basic attributes and characteri stics of the failure surface,the failure description set of the failure surface is con structed,and the feasible process sch eme set of the failure surface i s establi shed by using CBR technolo gy.On this basis,based on the previou s research in reassembly strat egy and tolerance red istribution,the remanufacturin g process-toleran ce integrated d esign optimization method is propo sed,and th e Muti-Beetle Ant ennae Search Algorithm(MBAS)is propo sed accordi ng to th e characteri stics of the integrated optimization model.Then,the scheme of process-toleran ce integrat ed design for remanufacturing assembly dimen sio n chain is obtain ed.Finally,a decision su pport sy stem o f remanufacturing assembl y dimension chai n reconstructi on for used electromechan ical product s is developed.By integratin g Micro soft Vi sual C++,.Net,SQL S erver 2008 an d other tools as t he syst em platform.Fo r the remanufacturing assembly dimension chain of used electromech anical products,the reassembly strat eg y of components,remanufacturing process scheme,tolerance redi stribution schem e and process-tol erance integrat ed design sch eme are realized,and introduced the operation process,function module and architecture of the syst em.
