How to promote the company’s active green transformation under the urgent environmental pressure is not only a major practical development topic facing China,but also a challenging research problem in the field of management,especially in the field of corporate governance.Facing the solution of this complex problem,the relatively complete green transformation process of Japanese companies deserves attention.The transformation practice in Japanese corporate governance,especially the grasp of the key points of governance and the choice of strategies in the process of Japanese corporate green transformation,provides a valuable reference system for the solution of this subject,which presents a new research opportunity for exploring the law of corporate green transformation governance and provides a reference for the practice of Green Governance in China.Based on the exploration of Japanese companies’ green transformation,from the perspective of reputation incentive,this study discusses the mechanism of how to internalize green transformation into the company’s own development goal through reputation incentive,so as to realize high-quality green transformation,and puts forward the idea of "combining hardness and softness" in green governance.The governance strategy of "combining hardness with softness" in reputation governance can not only realize the refinement of governance,but also reduce the social cost.Its natural evolution process has more lasting benefits,but also puts forward higher requirements for governance strategies.The full text consists of five parts logically and seven chapters structurally.The first part raises questions.In the first chapter,it expounds the subject connotation of the company’s green transformation from the perspective of China’s development and Japan’s experience value,and focuses on the concept definition,research significance and research planning.The second part focuses on the theoretical progress and characteristic facts,including Chapter 2 and chapter 3.The second chapter combs the existing research with the focus on the research problems The third chapter focuses on the mechanism operation of Japanese companies’ green reputation from the perspective of Japanese facts,makes an exploratory analysis of Japanese Toyota Motor Company by means of case study,and lays a factual foundation for further research.The third part makes a theoretical analysis on the proposition of the research topic The fourth chapter discusses and discusses the incentive mechanism of green reputation in the company’s green transformation by using the game theory analysis framework.The fourth part includes chapter 5 and Chapter 6,which empirically tests the theoretical explanation.The fifth chapter selects the company’s green reputation indicators,constructs the characterization index system of the company’s green transformation,and expounds the basis and content of its structure.The sixth chapter is the basis The fifth part summarizes the research results,and the eighth chapter puts forward policy suggestions on China’s corporate green transformation governance and looks forward to the research direction in the future.The research finds that:1.The green reputation of Japanese companies comes from green information disclosure,"environmental report system" is the main channel of green information disclosure,and there is an active "beyond the pass line" in the green transformation of Japanese companies Phenomenon;2.The empirical study taking Japanese companies as samples shows that green reputation plays an incentive role in the company’s green transformation;3.The incentive role of green reputation has been strengthened due to the company’s differentiated competitive strategy,degree of internationalization and reputation accumulation effect.These conclusions show that the key to the company’s green transformation governance is how to encourage the company to actively carry out green transformation in order to meet the strong demand The pass line required by system regulation is only an external constraint for enterprises,and obtaining the long-term benefits of green transformation and encouraging active transformation can surpass the pass line.Whether the company’s green transformation can develop from the pass line standard in line with the environment to the advanced stage of realizing green profit,the key to governance is to realize the value of the enterprise’s green reputation through the market.The conclusion of the study enlightens China in promoting the company’s green transformation In the process of color transformation,we should not rely too much on the governance idea of severe punishment and severe law,but should rely on the "combination of hardness and softness" formed by the rigid governance of non market incentive and the flexible governance of market incentive Governance pattern,guide the company to carry out active green transformation through long-term income methods such as green finance,green procurement and green brand,and further extend to the green transformation process of the industrial chain and even the society,so as to effectively reduce the governance cost and realize the win-win situation of enterprises,society and stakeholders.This study tries to expand in the following aspects:1.Introduce the role of reputation incentive into the research field of corporate green transformation,bring it into the analysis framework of corporate green governance,and put forward the idea of "combining hardness and softness" based on Japanese practice Governance promotes the green transformation of companies;2.Manually collect and sort out the first-hand information such as the annual environmental reports of more than 300 companies in Japan and the mainstream "Nikkei database" in Japan And other data provide new information for the research of the company’s green transformation and promote further attention to the research of Japanese companies;3.In the process of building the company’s green transformation index system,on the basis of reference,try to expand according to the direction of "meeting the win-win of the company’s economic and social interests under the maximum conditions".
