With the continuous development of information technology,the importance of information in the modern military field is increasing.In the field of electronic countermeasures,traditional high-power devices interfere with enemy signals through high power,affecting the operation of receiving devices.However,this kind of device is expensive and consumes a lot of energy during operation.In addition,high-power wireless transmission is highly susceptible to detection,exposure of location information,and difficulty in concealment.Micro power wireless technology has attracted widespread attention due to its low power consumption,ease of operation,and difficulty in detection.Especially in the field of micro power based metasurfaces,electromagnetic waves can be flexibly manipulated with minimal energy,achieving multiple functions to meet different environmental requirements.By integrating PIN diodes and varactor diodes on the metasurface,dynamic regulation of electromagnetic waves can be achieved through micro power.Although active metasurfaces based on micro power have broad application prospects in fields such as information countermeasures,radar,and communication,their research also faces some challenges.For example,it is necessary to further understand the physical mechanisms and electromagnetic characteristics of active metasurfaces in order to better optimize and control their functions.Micro power also requires the consumption of electrical energy,which can lead to power consumption and noise issues.In order to achieve better functionality and performance,it is necessary to further investigate its physical mechanisms and electromagnetic characteristics,and develop new materials and devices.This dissertation aims to explore the application prospects of micro power based active metasurface technology in the field of information countermeasures,and provide new ideas and methods for related fields.The specific research work of this dissertation is as follows:Firstly,a systematic analysis was conducted on the regulation mechanism of the active metasurface of micro power regulated PIN diodes,and an active metasurface with controllable convergence point under micro power was designed.By controlling the direction and magnitude of the voltage at the PIN diode port,the on/off state of the PIN diode is changed,thereby changing the electromagnetic response characteristics of the unit and achieving the reconfigurable characteristics of the metasurface aggregation function.And by increasing the diameter of the metasurface,adopting more advanced materials and manufacturing processes,the focusing performance of the metasurface has been successfully improved.Secondly,a systematic analysis was conducted on the regulation mechanism of the active metasurface of micro power regulated varactor diodes.Adjustable units and adjustable metasurfaces were designed,and the varactor diodes are integrated on the reflective surface unit to continuously adjust the reflective phase from 0° to 360° by changing the reverse bias voltage.The metasurface device with reconfigurable beam deflection function is proposed,which can convert incident linearly polarized waves into circularly polarized waves and orthogonal linearly polarized waves.Next,the electromagnetic characteristics of finite planar or curved conformal metamaterial based on micro power are systematically analyzed,and multi-layer metamaterial elements are established,and the corresponding equivalent circuits are extracted.Further research was conducted on the electromagnetic characteristics of infinite and finite frequency selective surfaces.In addition,the influence of conformal curvature,incident direction and polarization direction of curved metamaterial on RCS of metamaterial under directional radiation field is also studied,and the difference between traditional radome and metamaterial radome is studied.It has important reference significance for the transmission and control of electromagnetic waves in practical applications of micro power.Then,a systematic analysis was conducted on the control mechanism of micro power based active metasurface beam scanning.Based on the generalized Snell’s law and reflective metasurface array,single beam and multi beam scanning arrays were designed.Four beams were simultaneously excited in electromagnetic simulation software,achieving two-dimensional beam scanning from-60° to 60°.The feasibility of using micro power to achieve beam scanning has been demonstrated through simulation,providing broad application prospects for radio reconnaissance and wireless communication.Finally,the application of neural network technology in three-dimension target detection is systematically analyzed.The accuracy and sensitivity of three-dimension target detection technology are greatly enhanced by using the intelligent optimization algorithm of neural network.In addition,the use of trained neural network algorithm can make the detection technology of three-dimension target more intelligent,and realize the automatic recognition and judgement of machines without human intervention.It can achieve rapid and accurate detection and classification of multiple targets in a complex electromagnetic environment.
