| As one of the important driving forces to promote China’s economic development, manufacturing industry has made great contributions to China’s leap to become the second largest economy in the world. However, with the continuous expansion of economic activities, the problems of high energy consumption, high emission and low efficiency in China’s manufacturing industry are gradually prominent. At the same time, the pressure from the environment and the international community is increasing day by day,and the development mode must be changed from resources drive to innovation drive, turning to sustainable development. As the main force of innovation and the demander of green technology, manufacturing enterprises undertake the important responsibility of green transformation and upgrading of production mode and business model. Therefore, this paper focuses on the manufacturing enterprises as the core decision-making body, using game theory, optimization decision-making theory and simulation analysis and other research methods, aiming at the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises facing institutional pressure, market pressure and competitive advantage, from the perspective of government policy, consumer demand and supply chain technology spillover, this paper comprehensively analyzes the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises New choice decision, innovation investment decision and green supply chain integration decision. The main contents of this paper include three aspects.First, the impact of government policies on green technology innovation choice of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, the evolutionary game model between enterprise groups under the condition of government subsidies is constructed to analyze the influence of innovation openness and technology commonness of manufacturing enterprises on the strategy selection of cooperative innovation green generic technology and independent innovation green special technology. Then, the government is also included in the decision-making model to dynamically analyze the evolution stability of government regulation policy and green technology innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises.Taking environmental tax, carbon quota trading tool and innovation subsidy policy as policy combination tools, this paper comprehensively analyzes the role of constraint policy and incentive policy. Finally, different policy models are simulated and analyzed by system dynamics.Second, the impact of consumer demand on green product technology innovation decision of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, considering consumer innovation perception and green perception, the utility function is constructed to obtain the demand function of the two products under different conditions. The market is divided into ordinary product market, mixed product market and green product market. Then, the green product innovation decision-making model of manufacturing enterprises is constructed under three kinds of markets, and the optimal product price and green degree are obtained. Then, referring to the idea of CES production function, this paper constructs the product green degree function including enterprise R & D project investment and innovation user input, describes the complementary and alternative modes of cooperative innovation, and obtains the optimal R & D project investment.Third, the impact of supply chain technology spillover on green process innovation decision of manufacturing enterprises.Considering the form of "one to two" supply chain in competitive environment,a differential game model between sharing green suppliers and green manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Based on the horizontal and vertical Technology Spillovers of green manufacturing enterprises and green suppliers to ordinary manufacturing enterprises, the state variables of pollutant emissions of ordinary manufacturing enterprises are obtained. The profit function also includes emission treatment costs to reduce the impact on the environment. The models of non cooperation mode and cooperation mode are solved respectively, and the influence of Technology Spillover and green supply chain cooperation on equilibrium results is obtained through analysis. In order to guide manufacturing enterprises to choose cooperative research and development of green generic technology, environmental regulation policy must be combined with subsidy policy. The stronger the subsidy is,the wider the range of carbon trading price and environmental tax rate can be selected. The consumers’ perception of innovation determines whether the enterprises should carry out technological innovation of green products, and the greater the innovation perception and green perception, the higher the green degree of products.Innovation user input determines whether the enterprise chooses innovation cooperation.Ordinary manufacturing enterprises will choose green technology innovation only when they are in a weak position in the market. The best cooperation of green supply chain is to form a cartel of perfect technology spillover of manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, green technology innovation decision-making and supply chain green innovation integration of manufacturing enterprises are studied in a logical framework, which provides reference for manufacturing enterprises to make innovation decisions and choose cooperation strategies under different policy environment, market environment and competition environment. |
