Research On Neutrosophic Hesitant Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making Mehtod And Its Application Based On Behavior Preference

Abstract/Summary:
With the progress of economy and the development of science and technology,the complexity of decision making problems and the diversity of decision makers(DMs)’behavior preferences are becoming increasingly prominent,fuzzy multiply attribute decision making(MADM)theory and related methods are facing new problems and requirements.Neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set and its extended forms are closer to people’thinking habits in describing uncertain information,and have been widely used in many decision making problems.At the same time,DMs’ behavior preferences,as an important form of value judgment,directly affect the decision making results.Therefore,this thesis combines neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information decision making with DMs’ behavior preference,and gradually explores the MADM method of neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy and its extended forms under different behavior preferences of DMs,so as to provide theoretical basis and technical support for decision making in neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy environment.The main research work are as follows:Firstly,under different attribute conditions,the neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy MADM method with DMs’ risk preference is proposed.A series of neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy Frank aggregation operators are proposed,and a method of determining Frank parameter based on DMs’ risk preference is studied.A dual perspective attribute weight confirmation model is constructed when the attribute weights are unknown and independent.Considering the priority relationship among attributes,a priority weight determination method based on entropy is proposed.A neutruosophic hesitant fuzzy MADM method based on DMs’ risk preference and Frank module is established,which solves the MADM problem considering risk preference in neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy environment.Secondly,under different attribute conditions,the interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy MADM method with DMs’ risk preference is proposed.A more discriminating score function and a cosine distance measure without reconstruction are defined.Using the contribution degree of attributes to determine the attribute weights when the attribute weights are unknown and independent.The weighted Power operator based on the maximum deviation method is used to represent the attribute weights when the attribute weights are unknown and support each other.Based on the proposed score function and distance measure,the decision matrix is transformed into the prospect value matrix according to the prospect theory,and an extended ranking method based on the ELECTRE method is given,which solves the MADM problem considering risk preference in interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy environment.Thirdly,under different attribute conditions,the neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic MADM method with DMs’ regret aversion is proposed.The possibility degree and normalized projection measure are defined.Based on the principle of maximum scheme relative satisfaction,the attribute weight model is proposed to solve the attribute weights when the attribute weights are unknown and independent.The comprehensive deviation maximization optimization model is constructed when the attribute weights are partial known and interrelated.Based on possibility measure and normalized projection measure,the decision matrix is transformed into a comprehensive perceived utility matrix according to the regret theory.Combined with the VIKOR method,a reasonable compromise solution is obtained,which solves the MADM problem considering regret aversion in neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment.Fourthly,under different attribute conditions,the interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic dynamic MADM problem with DMs’ double aversion is proposed.The generation method of stage composite relative ideal solutions is proposed,and the utility value of the scheme relative to the composite relative ideal solution is determined by combining the bidirectional projection.Considering the double avoidance behaviors,the regret-joy value calculation method and the relative and absolute disappoint-joy value calculation method are proposed respectively,and the comprehensive perceived utility matrix of each stage is obtained.The method of calculating the attribute weights based on the principle of water injection and the characteristics of time series variation is proposed when the attribute weights are unknown and independent.A weight optimization model based on bidirectional projection and generalized Banzhaf value is proposed to obtain the attribute weights when the attribute weights are partial known and interrelated.The stage weights are determined according to the principles of timeliness and stability.Based on the comprehensive perceived utility value and grey target method,the MADM problem considering double aversion in interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment is solved.Finally,the ecological partners selection of innovation strategic alliance of enterprises with neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information is studied.Based on the symbiosis theory,a quantitative and qualitative evaluation index system of alliance ecological partner are constructed respectively.Using the corresponding decision making methods proposed in this thesis,an empirical analysis of DN New Energy Automobile Co.,LTD is carried out to realize the effective selection of enterprises’ innovation strategic alliance ecological partner,and the applicability of the proposed method to enterprises’ innovation strategic alliance ecological partner evaluation is verified.This thesis focuses on the cross fields of fuzzy information decision making and behavior decision making,and constructs the framework system of neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy MADM method based on the behavior preference of DMs’,which enriches the research of MADM method in neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy environment.The proposed decision making methods are used to deal with the selection of ecological partners in enterprise innovation strategic alliance,which provides theoretical support for improving the selection efficiency of ecological partners.In addition,the proposed decision making methods are also have high application value for enterprises in other aspects of decision making,such as investment analysis,project evaluation and so on.
