| Dual-channel reverse supply chain is a new recycling model developed by recycling companies in the context of "Internet+" to continuously meet the recycling demand of consumers, including both online and offline channels. In the real market of recycling waste products, competition between online and offline recycling channels has become increasingly fierce. In particular, online recycling channel companies have provided consumers with convenient and safe recycling services to attract offline customers online. In the online recycling model, how to make a scientific pricing and service level decision based on the convenience and safety of recycling services is the key to gain competitive advantage for online recycling companies in dual-channel reverse supply chain. At present, the relevant academic research mainly focuses on the single-channel reverse supply chain pricing problem of product recycling and remanufacturing, while there is less research on the decision-making optimization of dual-channel reverse supply chain with channel competition. Most studies only focus on the economic factors of dual-channel recycling, and establish mathematical models with the goal of minimizing the cost or maximizing the profit of the supply chain system, while ignoring the environmental factors that dual-channel reverse supply chain pursues, and environmental factors and economic factors are usually a pair of conflicting decision-making goals.Secondly, the previous studies on the decision-making optimization of dual-channel reverse supply chains have not refined recycling services. However, there are many types of waste products in the global recycling market, and consumers’ demand for different types of recycling services is different. Therefore, flexible decision-making of convenience and safety recycling service level to meet consumers’ demand and increase corporate profits, has become an important issue to be solved. In addition, the structure of dual-channel reverse supply chain is complex, and each company makes the supply chain system experience double marginalization in order to maximize their own benefits. Therefore,it has become a very important theoretical problem to design and improve the revenue-cost sharing contract to improve the supply chain efficiency and enterprise profits.Based on the theories of Game Theory, supply chain coordination and dual-channel supply chain theory, this paper studies the pricing and service level coordination strategy of waste products under three common dual-channel reverse supply chain structures. The main innovative work and conclusions are as follows:1)This paper studies the pricing and service level coordination strategy of DCM(dual channel mode)reverse supply chain.Aiming at the dual-channel recycling mode composed of recycling center and third-party recycler, the decision-making model of recycling companies is established under the situations of providing and not providing online recycling services with the goal of maximizing economic benefits and environmental benefits respectively. The Stackelberg game theory is used to solve the model to determine the optimal pricing and service level decision of the recycling center and third party recycler under different decision goals. At the same time, the revenue-cost sharing contract is introduced to determine the value range of sharing factor and transfer price under the contract constraint.Furthermore, the key parameters of the model are analyzed to verify and explore the influence of the changes of consumer channel preference and service cost on the objective function and decision variables. This part of the study overcomes the limitations of existing research on DCM reverse supply chain, which does not consider recycling services and environmental benefits. It studies the influence of recycling services on the decision-making,recovery volume and profits of the whole supply chain system and companies in different channels.2)This paper studies the pricing and service level coordination strategy of OM(online mode)reverse supply chain.Aiming at the online recycling mode composed of recycling center and third-party recycling platform, the decision-making model is established under the situation that the recycling center provides security services and third-party recycling platform provides convenience services, with the goal of maximizing economic benefits and environmental benefits respectively. The Stackelberg game theory is used to solve the model to determine the optimal pricing and service level decision of the recycling center and third-party recycling platform under different decision-making goals. At the same time, the revenue-cost sharing contract is introduced to determine the value range of sharing factor and transfer price under the contract constraint.Furthermore, the key parameters of the model are analyzed to verify and explore the influence of service cost coefficient and service level sensitivity on the objective function value and decision variables. This part of the study overcomes the shortcomings of existing research on OM type reverse supply chain, which is limited in not refining recycling services and not considering environmental benefits. It studies the influence of different types of recycling service parameters on the decision-making,recovery volume and profit of the whole supply chain system and different channels.3)This paper studies the pricing and service level coordination strategy of TPM(third party platform mode)reverse supply chain.Aiming at the dual-channel recycling mode composed of recycling center,third-party recycler and third-party recycling platform, the decision-making model is established under the condition that the recycling center provides security services and third-party recycling platform provides convenience services, with the goal of maximizing economic benefits and environmental benefits respectively. The Stackelberg game theory is used to solve the model to determine the optimal pricing and service level decision of recycling center,third-party recycler and third-party recycling platform under different decision-making goals. At the same time, the revenue-cost sharing contract is introduced to determine the value range of sharing factor, subsidy factor and transfer price under the contract constraint.Furthermore, the key parameters of the model are analyzed to verify and explore the influence of consumer preference, service cost coefficient and service level sensitivity on the objective function value and decision variables. This part of the study overcomes the shortcomings of existing research on TPM reverse supply chain, which is limited to not refining recycling services, not considering environmental benefits and not building a coordination contract. It studies the influence of different types of recycling service parameters on the decision-making,recovery volume and profit of the whole supply chain system and companies in different channels, and introduces revenue-cost sharing contract to constrain three types of recycling enterprises, and improve system efficiency and coordinate supply chain. This paper takes the dual-channel reverse supply chain with three structures of DCM,OM and TPM as the research object. It is based on game theory and supply chain coordination for problems such as environmental benefits, unrefined recycling services and unconstructed coordination contracts in existing research. And dual-channel supply chain theories, study the issue of corporate pricing and service level coordination strategies under the influence of parameters such as consumer preferences, service level sensitivity and service cost coefficients,in order to optimize the supply chain system and different channel corporate decision-making,recovery volume and profit. The conclusion of this paper expands and refines the research on the optimization of recovery volume and profit of recycling companies in dual-channel reverse supply chain, which provides theoretical basis for making scientific and reasonable recycling pricing decision, service level decision and cooperation contract design for China’s dual-channel reverse supply chain companies, which is helpful to promote the practical development of China’s waste product online recycling industry and the construction of an environment-friendly society. |
