With the gradual transformation of China’s economy into a stage of high-quality development,the issue of green and sustainable development has drawn increasing attention from all sectors of society.The extensive development model has been unable to adapt to the requirements of economic growth rate shift,structural transformation,and growth kinetic energy transformation under the background of the new normal.Accelerating the promotion of industrial green transformation is a powerful guarantee for promoting green development,building an ecological civilization,and achieving high-quality development.Adhering to innovation-driven development and taking technological innovation as the key to comprehensively shaping the new advantages of industrial development is of great significance to the establishment and improvement of a long-term mechanism for industrial green transformation.In the context of resource and environmental constraints and the implementation of innovation-driven strategies,this dissertation summarizes the literature on technological innovation and industrial green transformation,builds a theoretical analysis framework for technological innovation affecting industrial green transformation,and conducts theoretical analysis on related research issues.The two-stage DEA model and the SBM-Undesirable model were used to measure and analyze technological innovation and industrial green transformation.Using FGLS method,GMM estimation method,intermediary effect test method and system dynamics and other research methods,this dissertation deeply explores the influence mechanism and effect,dynamic feedback relationship and path selection research of technological innovation on industrial green transformation.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the research logic of influence mechanism-dynamic feedback-system path,this dissertation constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the impact of technological innovation on industrial green transformation,and analyzes the influence mechanism of technological innovation on industrial green transformation from the perspectives of direct and indirect effects.This dissertation further clarifies the system elements of industrial green transformation,explores the dynamic feedback relationship between technological innovation and industrial green transformation,and explores the systematic path of technological innovation affecting industrial green transformation from the perspectives of different technological innovation mode.This section provides the theoretical foundation and analysis framework for the following empirical test,system dynamics simulation and scenario simulation of path selection.(2)Based on the theory of innovation value chain,the two-stage network DEA model is used to measure the efficiency of industrial technology innovation.This dissertation expands the industrial green transformation measurement framework and uses the SBM-Undesirable model to measure the efficiency of industrial green transformation.The results show that the overall efficiency of technological innovation during the sample inspection showed a fluctuating trend.There is disharmony between innovation efficiency of technology research and development and innovation efficiency of technology application.The efficiency of technological innovation efficiency has regional difference.The efficiency of industrial green transformation shows a fluctuating upward trend.There are significant differences in the efficiency levels of industrial green transformation in provinces,and there is a large room for transformation and improvement.(3)This dissertation empirically analyzes the impact of technological innovation on industrial green transformation.The panel model is estimated by the FGLS method and the SYS-GMM method,and the results show that technological innovation has a significant positive impact on industrial green transformation.From the perspective of the innovation process,technological R&D innovation and technological application innovation have a positive impact on industrial green transformation.The test of regional heterogeneity shows that there are certain differences in the impact of technological innovation on industrial green transformation.Technological innovation can promote industrial green transformation through the intermediary effect of industrial production efficiency,energy structure optimization and resource recycling.Different stages of technological innovation have different mediating effects on industrial green transformation.Technological innovation in the eastern region through the above three transmission mechanisms is mostly better than the central and western regions in improving the industrial green transformation.(4)Using system dynamics methods,this dissertation analyzes the causal relationship and system feedback loop relationships between technological innovation and industrial green transformation of economic benefits,resource environment,information fusion,and builds a system dynamics simulation model.The model passed System structure inspection,history inspection and stability inspection to ensure the interpretation ability and effectiveness of the simulation model.Then,this dissertation dynamically predicts the level of industrial green transformation based on the scenario setting of technological innovation decision-making and model selection.Scenario simulation results show that optimizing the investment structure of enterprise technological innovation,carrying out the industry-university-research cooperative innovation and system element collaborative innovation path will be more conducive to improving the economic benefits of industrial green transformation,promoting the deep integration of industry and information technology,and improving environmental quality,and promote the realization of industrial green transformation.The main innovations of this dissertation include:Firstly,this dissertation broadens the measurement dimension of industrial green transformation.On the basis of emphasizing the coordination and unification of economic development and environmental protection,the information fusion dimension is incorporated into the measurement framework,and the SBM-Undesirable model is used to comprehensively measure the efficiency to better reflect the level of industrial green transformation in China.The second is to expand the research perspective on the impact of technological innovation on industrial green transformation.Aiming at the complex system characteristics of the diversity,dynamics,and feedback of research issues,this dissertation further extends the impact mechanism of technological innovation on industrial green transformation to the complex scientific analysis framework of system thinking.From the perspective of systematic dynamics,this dissertation explores the dynamic feedback relationship and multiple action paths between technological innovation and industrial green transformation,which enriches the relevant research.Thirdly,this dissertation reveals the systematic path of technological innovation affecting industrial green transformation and conducts simulation simulations.Based on different technological innovation decisions and model choices,this dissertation introduces the research tools of system dynamics to build a simulation system,and sets up different ways of technological innovation,multivariate technology innovation subjects and system elements of collaborative innovation,and compares them with the benchmark scenarios,observes the changing trends of key elements to realize the dynamic prediction of the level of industrial green transformation in China.The aim of this study is to optimize the path selection of industrial green transformation under the influence of technological innovation,and to provide a basis for the relevant decision-making of industrial enterprises and the formulation of policies related to industrial green transformation.
