In the era of knowledge economy,there is no doubt that knowledge talents are the most valuable resource and the most important force for enterprises to develop and maintain sustainable competitive advantages.The knowledge-based staffs are those who master and use symbols and concepts,and work with knowledge or information.They have distinct characteristics compared with ordinary employees.How to give full play to the individuality and independent innovation spirit of the knowledge-based staffs is a problem that every enterprise should pay attention to.The cooperative innovation of teams of knowledge-based staffs is the main way of working in the era of knowledge economy.The construction of scientific and harmonious teams can give full play to the creativity of the staffs and bring great fortune to the enterprise.Otherwise,the tacit knowledge of knowledge-based staffs cannot be brought into play,and the knowledge of the team cannot be integrated,which might bring huge losses or devastating blow to the enterprise.Therefore,it is the most important work in constructing scientific and harmonious teams of knowledge-based staffs to not only give full play to their autonomy and innovative spirit,but also to reflect equality,reciprocity and collaboration,and it is also a hot issue in the research of human resource management in the era of knowledge economy.Most of the existing researches on team construction propose some methods from a qualitative perspective,and rarely from a quantitative perspective.These existing quantitative researches on the two-sided matching models or methods of team construction mainly put their focuses on the satisfaction of the two matching sides,i.e.the team leaders and the team members.Less attention is paid to the satisfaction of the enterprise management department as the third side(who sets up different task management modes).In actual practices,it’s the enterprise management department who,according to the present task and human resources situations,requires that each team constructed for different task management modes must allocate corresponding different human resources.Without considering the satisfaction of the enterprise management department,it is impossible to effectively implement different task management modes.Therefore,this paper carries out a combined qualitative and quantitative research on the team construction methods of knowledge-based staffs,not only considering the satisfaction of the knowledge-based staffs who take the initiative to claim their jobs,but also considering the satisfaction of the enterprise management department who needs to allocate different human resources according to different management modes.First of all,the characteristics of the knowledge-based staffs should be considered in constructing teams for them.These are reflected mainly in two aspects in this paper:the team leaders and the team members choose each other voluntarily,and the increase in the workload of the staffs is out of their voluntary claim rather than pressure.At the same time,the effective implementation of different task management modes in the enterprise must be ensured,since the enterprise management department has clear requirements on the team construction results.Otherwise the team will be reorganized.However,the classical two-sided matching theory cannot directly solve such team construction problems of knowledge-based leaders and members which take into consideration of the satisfaction of the enterprise management department as the third party.Therefore,this paper not only expands the application boundary of the two-sided matching theory,but also enriches it and its methods by proposing a combined quantitative and qualitative method in constructing scientific and harmonious teams of knowledge-based staffs.Because of the many model variables and the large-scale nature of the problem,the classical heuristic algorithm cannot get feasible solutions in real time.This paper presents an effective and feasible solution method.According to the three task management modes of the actual task requirements of the enterprise,the paper constructs models and designs their corresponding solutions aiming to maximize the satisfactions of the three parties:the satisfaction of the enterprise management department with the team construction results,the satisfaction of the team leaders with the team members,and the satisfaction of the team members with the team leaders.Researches are constructed as follows:For the parallel task management mode:According to its demand characteristics,a satisfaction function is designed with the goal of maximizing the satisfaction of the three concerned parties,and thus the team construction model of knowledge-based staffs within the parallel task management mode is established.According to the characteristics of the problem and the model,a heuristic algorithm based on matching priority is designed to solve the model.For the graded task management mode:According to its demand characteristics,a satisfaction function is designed with the goal of maximizing the satisfaction of the three concerned parties,and thus the team construction model of knowledge-based staffs within the graded task management mode is established.According to the characteristics of the problem and the model,a heuristic algorithm based on bi-directional 3d nested satisfaction information matrix is designed to solve the model.For the non-balanced task management mode:According to its demand characteristics,a satisfaction function is designed with the goal of maximizing the satisfaction of the three concerned parties,and thus the team construction model of knowledge-based staffs within the non-balanced task management mode is established.According to the characteristics of the problem and the model,a heuristic algorithm combining extended solution and genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.The combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to construct a team of knowledge-based staffs can better ensure the scientificity and harmony of the team,fully meet the characteristics of the knowledge-based staffs’ voluntariness to work and their individualities,and improve their enthusiasm,initiative as well as creativity.It provides a scientific and efficient decision-making method for knowledge-based enterprise managers to construct teams of knowledge-based staffs within different task management modes.
