Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Network Platform Innovation Ecosystem

With the development of digital economy and the revolution of platform organization,network platform has become an important strategic support of modern industrial system.The great success of Baidu platform,the rapid growth of Alibaba,the market value of Tencent,and the continuous growth of Xiaomi platform ecology all reflect the strategic value of network platform innovation ecology.Compared with the traditional organization's innovation model,the innovation ecology of the network platform presents the characteristics of digitalization,cyberization and complexity The participants widely embedded in the platform fundamentally reshape the innovation boundary of the organization,and subvert the traditional innovation operation modelAs the first driving force to lead the development of enterprises,the theoretical paradigm of innovation has changed greatly from the original "technological innovation subject" to "innovation ecological subject".The effectiveness of network platform innovation is not limited to the technology innovation strategy of the platform sponsor,but more depends on whether the sponsor and platform participants can form the "innovation ecology" operation mechanism of interaction,correlation and value coordination.This new innovation paradigm takes the network platform as the carrier,forms the innovation connection between the platform innovation strategy and various participants,and makes the fundamental change of innovation connotation and construction process.In particular,the value of the platform in the network continues to highlight,the ecological barriers continue to form,how to crack the operation mechanism of network platform creation ecology and how to avoid behaviors like damaging innovation ecology in the process of platform innovation are the major problems that need to be solved in the current theoretical and practical circles.At present,the understanding of innovation ecosystem in academia and industry field is still in the stage of fragmentation,and it is still in the primary stage of"innovation network" and "innovation system",especially the research on the operation mechanism of innovation ecosystem of network platform is in urgent need.Based on the above practical and theoretical background,this thesis,from the perspective of niche theory and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the characteristics of network platform innovation ecological structure,puts forward the theoretical model of network platform innovation ecological operation mechanism,and puts forward deeply theoretical construction and empirically test of connection type,value participation mode between niche enterprise and platform,and the relationship between niche enterprise and platform owner and clarifies the mechanism of each factor in the orderly operation and evolution of innovation ecology.Starting from the order of network platform innovation ecology,centering on the core operation mechanism of solving the "strategy and structure" of network platform innovation ecology,combining with the research results of innovation ecology theory and niche theory,starting from the key issue of "platform innovation strategy and niche structure adaptation",this paper constructs"platform innovation strategy-niche structure-value participation model-innovation ecology order" and further verifies the causal relationship between platform innovation strategy(vertical integration strategy,horizontal integration strategy,multiple integration strategy),niche structure(equity connection,functional connection,ecological connection)and value participation model(value creation,value transfer)to uncover the operation and evolution mechanism of network platform innovation ecology.Specifically,this paper mainly involves three closely related sub questions:Based on the theory of niche theory,what are the operational characteristics of innovation ecology of network platform?What is the operation mechanism of network platform innovation ecology?What is the evolutionary characteristics and mechanism of this operation mechanism?On the whole,based on the niche theory,this paper generalizes and systematically analyzes the concept of innovation ecology of network platform,studies the relationship between the platform innovation strategy,niche structure,value model and the order of innovation ecology,puts forward the method of describing the effectiveness of innovation ecology with the order of dissipative structure,and constructs the theoretical model of the innovation ecology operation mechanism of network platform.The empirical verification by csQCA method has formed the beneficial supplement to the existing innovation ecology theory and niche theory,and also has made a certain contribution to the high-quality development of the innovation ecology of the network platform.
