The explosive growth of information technology and the tide of knowledge economy along with Mobile Internet era is coming, the business wave drove by rapid change and disruptive innovation is hitting every country and business, how seize the "the future is happening" in this highly uncertain, unpredictable, changing and complex environment has become critical.Corporate entrepreneurship,as a means of overcoming rapid change and realizing "disruptive innovation",is the engine of firm to transformation and upgrading in the Mobile Internet era,and the "key" of China's economy upgrading breakthrough from 1 to N,from a passive "catch-up" to "a companion" in the same arena "and even a confident "leader".With the important role of corporate entrepreneurship in responding to rapid changes, reinvigorating existing firms and promoting economic growth is widely recognized, more and more studies try to explore the drivers of and effects of corporate entrepreneurship(Ireland et al,2009;..Zahra et al,2013).But unfortunately, most of the existing research about the antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship have focused on individual factors within the enterprise, organizational factors on the firm-level and environmental characteristics outside the enterprise, such as context-aware of executives, transformational leadership of CEO,elements of top management team, strategy, organizational structure, human resource practices, environmental turbulence, etc.(Zahra et al.,2013;Jiang Chunyan&Sun Xiuli,2013),they ignored the effect of government, whose is the most important institutional factor in transition economy(Lee et al,2013),there is no doubt that government have significantly impact on corporate entrepreneurship, giving that government can change the "rules of the game" and assign"key resources",this missing is disproportionate with the important role of government.Secondly, institution and institutional environment is the most important content of strategy research in transitional economies, how it affect firms and under what conditions is still missing(Peng et al.,2009),the "black box between the government and firm performance is worthy of further exploration. Finally, most existing research just explore the process of corporate entrepreneurship from internal or external perspective separately, there is little study considering both external environment and internal resource capacity on dual perspective(Wolft&Pett,2007).The development and implementation of corporate entrepreneurship is not only affected by its institutional environment, but also constrained by unfair competition(Li&Zhang,2007)and internal technological capabilities, the former represent the important characteristic of transitional economy, the latter is indicator of knowledge and resource base of the firm. Thus,in order to responding to the practical needs and making up these theoretical gaps mentioned above, based on institutional theory,resource-based theory, dynamic capabilities theory and so on,for the first time,we posit a model including a moderated mediator, and investigate the relationship among institutional support, corporate entrepreneurship and business performance, and examine the mediating role of corporate entrepreneurship and the moderating role of dysfunctional competition and technological capability in the entire path of institutional support-corporate entrepreneurship-performanceFirstly,this study defined the concept of institutional support, corporate entrepreneurship, firm performance, dysfunctional competition, technological capability through the literature review.According to institutional theory,resource-based theory, resource dependency theory, dynamic competence theory,threat-rigid theory, strategic decision-making theory and other related theory,we discussed the relationship among variables, and further proposed a theoretical model and ten research hypotheses.Secondly, this article gave variables involved in the theoretical assumptions operational definitions, and selected and revised corresponding measurement scales Then,in order to test the hypothesis,we collected date from enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region through questionnaires, and got a date with 285 valid sample which is processed by LISREL and SPSS software. At last,we summarized the results of this study, discussed the theoretical and practical contribution of this study, and pointed out the shortcomings and future research directions of this research. The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Institutional support significantly enhances the corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance;(2)Corporate entrepreneurship plays a partial mediating role between institutional support and firm performance;(3)Dysfunctional competition plays a negative moderate role in the positive relationship of institutional support and firm performance, and in the mediating effort of corporate entrepreneurship, but it don't moderate the positive relationship of corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance;(4)Technological capability plays a positive moderate role in the positive relationship of institutional support and firm performance, and in the positive relationship of corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance, and in mediating effort of corporate entrepreneurship. This study has very important theoretical and practical contributions.Firstly, from the sense of theoretical perspective, this study contributes to various research areas such as institutional support, corporate entrepreneurship, firm performance, dysfunctional competition, technological capability and so on:(1)Based on institutional theory,resource-based theory, dynamic capabilities theory and so on,we regard institutional support as a starting point, and introduce the role of government to the antecedents study of corporate entrepreneurship, which provides a new perspective and a more reasonable explanation to driving mechanism of corporate entrepreneurship.(2)We point out that corporate entrepreneurship is an allocation and transformation mechanism of internal and external resource, and explore the mediating role of corporate entrepreneurship between institutional support and firm performance, which provides a key to the "black box" between institution, institutional environment and firm performance.(3)We considerate the influence factors of the entire process of corporate entrepreneurship both from the external perspective of dysfunctional competition as a market environment factors and from the internal perspective of technological capability as a resource capacity factors, which enriches the related research work of internal and external factors, and promotes the boundary study of the entire path of institutional support-corporate entrepreneurship-performance.Secondly,from the sense of practical perspective, this study deepens the understanding of the mechanism of action and situ ational constraints of how governmental support influence firm behaviors and performance.More importantly, this research provides a basis and thinking method for decisions of government department regarding developing support policies, standardizing competition order of market and selecting supporting firms, especially in emerging industry.
