The analyses iron ore resources, steel industry, auto products through the Resources-Industry-Products value chain, shows that the resource use efficiency of our country is low, the consumption is high, the benefits which is brought by every resource per unit is poor, the low resource use efficiency intensifies the resources' bottleneck restriction to the economic and social development, the industrial energy consumption is obviously higher than the average level of world's energy consumption, the traditional open production pattern remains throughout the whole material to product lifecycle, a large amount of pollution substances such as exhaust gas, wastewater and residual impurity enter into natural environment, concentration grade of product is low, the structure is improper, the design of product has less consideration about energy saving and environmental factors, the congener products have the problem of sameness and high energy consumption. Based on this, we discuss that how to establish an efficient and effective mechanism of scientific and technical support energy saving emission reduction oriented for Resources-Industry-Products value chain.The thesis which is divided into eight chapters does research on the energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support mechanism oriented for Resources-Industry-Products value chainThe first chapter introduces the purpose, significance, literatures at China and abroad, content, thesis framework and research methods.The second chapter introduces the connotation and relationship between resources, industry and products, and describes the connotation and characteristics of the energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support mechanism oriented for Resources-Industry-Products value chain.The third chapter concludes the relationship between resources'energy saving emission reduction and scientific development, the scientific development's effects to resources'energy saving emission reduction through analyzing the recent situation of energy saving emission reduction and scientific development about iron ore resources. Based on this the author proposes the scientific and technological support mechanism and achieving methods of science and technology oriented for the resources'energy saving emission reduction, includes firstly, resources'reduction technology oriented for the resources' energy saving emission reduction, secondly, the resource reutilization technology oriented for the resources'energy saving emission reduction, thirdly, the assimilation technology oriented for the resources'energy saving emission reduction.The fourth chapter concludes the relationship between industrial energy saving emission reduction and scientific development, the scientific development's effects to industrial energy saving emission reduction through analyzing the recent situation of energy saving emission reduction and scientific development about steel industry. Based on this the author proposes the scientific and technological support mechanism and achieving methods of science and technology oriented for the industrial energy saving emission reduction, includes firstly, the environment protecting technology oriented for the industrial energy saving emission reduction, secondly, the technology of wastes turning into resources oriented for the industrial energy saving emission reduction, thirdly, new energy resources technology oriented for the industrial energy saving emission reduction.The fifth chapter concludes the relationship between products'energy saving emission reduction and scientific development, the scientific development's effects to products'energy saving emission reduction through analyzing the recent situation of energy saving emission reduction and scientific development about auto products. Based on this the author proposes the scientific and technological support mechanism and achieving methods of science and technology oriented for the products'energy saving emission reduction, includes firstly, the products'LCD analysis method oriented for the products'energy saving emission reduction, secondly, the product design oriented for the products'energy saving emission reduction, thirdly, the energy saving emission reduction design model oriented for the product system.The sixth chapter puts forward a framework which ensures the normal operation of the energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support mechanism oriented for Resources-Industry-Products value chain, and the scientific and technical support assurance system oriented for value chain, based on the research of the energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support mechanism oriented for Resources-Industry-Products value chain.The seventh chapter is empirical study that shows the energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support mechanism has complex system engineering and can not be intuitively decided by indexes, through the descriptive analysis of indexes which are influential to energy saving emission reduction. This chapter uses the structural equation model of energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support, determines the weights by refining the indexes, and calculates the indexes'influence value to energy saving emission reduction. Based on the evaluation of calculation results, the calculation results can commendably anastomose actual situation, and help to primary evaluation of the energy saving emission reduction scientific and technical support mechanism oriented for Resources-Industry-Products value chain.The eighth chapter is the final summary of the research's results and pointed out the prospects for future research.
