The equipment development task is a complex system engineering with strong time constraints.Any project that does not complete the task on time may affect the progress of the entire development task.To ensure smooth completion,it is necessary to adjust and optimize the task process,shorten the development period,and reduce the development cost.Based on design structure matrix(DSM),non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-?(NSGA-?),particle swarm optimization(PSO),and other methods,this paper provides an in-depth investigation of the simulation modeling and optimization of equipment development tasks.Main work and contributions made in this study are as follows:(1)Simulation modeling and analysis of equipment development tasks under the influence of multiple uncertain factors.In view of the many factors affecting the equipment development task,the uncertainty is large,the structure is complex,and Monte Carlo sampling is used to determine the duration and cost of each sub-task.Considering the various relationships between subtasks and the rework iterations,overlaps,learning effects,and other factors in the execution process,the resource occupancy priority judgment rules in the process of developing task execution are improved,and the task simulation model is constructed based on DSM.On this basis,the duration,cost,and rework times of the development task are analyzed according to the simulation output data of this study.(2)Simulation modeling and analysis of equipment development tasks considering hidden rework.The rework is divided into foreseeable and hidden rework,and different methods are used to represent and quantify the parameters of these.The main influencing factors of rework iterations such as dependence,maturity,complexity,and uncertainty of development tasks are analyzed and quantified,and the mathematical relationship model between influencing factors and rework parameters is established.Through DSM-based development task simulation,the degree of influence of rework type and rework parameters on equipment development task duration,cost,hidden rework quantity,and progress is analyzed.(3)Optimization of equipment development task process under the condition that the sub-task allocates the same amount of resources.The average duration and cost of the simulation output are used as the fitness evaluation index of the optimization algorithm.The multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on NSGA-? is proposed.Combined with the examples,the equipment development task process is optimized with and without considering the hidden rework.The optimization results are compared with the data in the literature without considering the hidden rework.The effectiveness and superiority of the method is verified.The task process of each equipment development is analyzed and evaluated in detail,and the satisfactory task process is selected based on the prospect theory.(4)Joint optimization of equipment development task process and resource allocation is conducted under the condition that the sub-task allocates variable resources.According to whether the resources allocated to the subtasks are common,the problem is divided into two situations: resource generalization and resource existence team limitation.When the task process and resource allocation are jointly optimized under the general resource situation,the joint optimization is divided into two stages: optimization of development task process based on NSGA-?,and joint optimization of the development task process and resource allocation based on NSGA-? and the PSO algorithm.In the case of team limitation,when the equipment development task process and resource allocation are jointly optimized,the chromosomes are divided into two parts:the development task process and the sub-task commitment team.Construction of equipment development task process and team allocation joint optimization algorithm is based on NSGA-?.
