Through resource sharing among enterprises,collaborative manufacturing can optimize the allocation of resources,improve innovation ability,expand competitive advantage,and cope with the rapidly changing market demand and increasingly fierce competition.Under the collaborative manufacturing mode,enterprises gather around product manufacturing and service to form a collaborative manufacturing network connected by value relations,which is becoming an effective means for enterprises to share resources and obtain competitive advantage.Knowledge transmission is an important content of resource sharing in collaborative manufacturing network,and extensive knowledge transmission is an important guarantee for the success of collaborative manufacturing network.However,the wide spread of knowledge in the system is not a rule.How to make knowledge spread actively in collaborative manufacturing network and explore its dynamic mechanism is a problem worthy of focus.Collaborative manufacturing network is a complex network system supported by information technology platform.Aiming at the problem of "how to make the knowledge transmission of collaborative manufacturing network system active",this paper adopts the research route of "mechanism consideration-model establishment-theoretical analysis-strategy exploration".Specifically,complex network is used to describe the knowledge transmission system of collaborative manufacturing network,and the infectious disease dynamics method is used to describe the occurrence mechanism of knowledge transmission among enterprises.Around the role of collaborative manufacturing platform,considering the differences between knowledge transmission and virus infection,this paper proposes knowledge infection models in collaborative manufacturing network to couple the system elements and action factors in knowledge transmission process.Then,the dynamic performance of the models are analyzed and simulated to find out the coupling effect of elements and factors and their influence on the process of knowledge transmission,so as to put forward the strategy to promote the active knowledge transmission in collaborative manufacturing network.Mechanism can be understood as the coupling effect of system elements and influencing factors,as well as the internal reason for the externality of system functions.Regarding collaborative manufacturing platform as a key element,this paper analyzes its role in the process of knowledge transmission in collaborative manufacturing network,and the key issues under the role of the platform.then explores three mechanisms under the platform's gradual participation.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows.(1)Research on the internalization mechanism of knowledge transmission in collaborative manufacturing network.The collaborative manufacturing platform is used as the communication channels,and the process of knowledge transmission is analyzed.Referring to the modeling method of virus propagation dynamics,considering that knowledge exists in the propagation process in a form different from virus,a novel knowledge infection model of collaborative manufacturing network is constructed to explore the knowledge internalization mechanism from the individual level.Then,the propagation threshold,equilibrium point and stability of the model are analyzed theoretically.Finally,the influencing factors of knowledge transmission process are investigated by numerical simulation to explore the internalization mechanism.The results show that reducing the internalization process,increasing the number of enterprises,expanding the scope of knowledge transmission and strengthening the close relationship between enterprises can promote the active knowledge transmission of collaborative manufacturing network.(2)Research on knowledge value perception mechanism of knowledge transmission in collaborative manufacturing network based on enterprise demand.On the basis of the first research content,the knowledge base in collaborative manufacturing platform is regarded as the direct knowledge source of enterprise learning.Firstly,by considering the differences between knowledge transmission and virus transmission: knowledge value is positive,enterprise nodes treat knowledge and virus in the opposite way,and enterprises are affected by the network social environment,this paper proposes a novel knowledge infection model of collaborative manufacturing network,in which knowledge value perception is used to couple the two knowledge sources of enterprise and knowledge base,the two "material" transmission of information and knowledge,the interaction between enterprises and enterprises.Then,the propagation threshold,equilibrium points and stability rules of the model are analyzed theoretically.Finally,the influence of model parameters on knowledge transmission process is investigated,and the knowledge value perception mechanism oriented to enterprise demand is explored.The results show that improving the quality of knowledge base is conducive to active knowledge transmission,and low-quality knowledge interaction can make knowledge transmission active under certain conditions.(3)Research on free riding and coping mechanism of knowledge transmission in collaborative manufacturing network based on knowledge acquisition behavior relationshipOn the basis of the second research content,this paper further considers that the knowledge base of collaborative manufacturing platform can dynamically accumulate the knowledge of enterprise interaction process.By analyzing the relationship between the interaction between enterprises and the knowledge acquisition behavior of enterprises from the knowledge base,and referring to the modeling method of water infectious diseases,considering that enterprises can actively choose the way of knowledge acquisition and the virus is always non differential infection,a novel water infectious model of knowledge transmission of collaborative manufacturing network is established to explore the free riding behavior of knowledge acquisition and its countermeasures.Then,the dynamic performance of the model,such as propagation threshold,equilibrium point and stability,is analyzed theoretically.Finally,the modeling effect of free riding behavior is simulated and confirmed,and the countermeasure mechanism of free riding behavior in knowledge acquisition is explored.The results show that the free riding behavior of knowledge acquisition is beneficial to the active knowledge transmission of collaborative manufacturing network under certain conditions,and the countermeasures should be carried out according to the specific state of the system.Taking the digital platform of industry chain quality documents,experience feedback system and debugging fault diagnosis system in the collaborative manufacturing platform of an enterprise as examples,the main conclusions of the three mechanisms in this paper are empirically analyzed.
