Research On The Composition And Promotion Of College Students' Leadership In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in 19 th CPC National Congress report: “a nation will prosper only when its young people thrive;a country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals,ability,and a strong sense of responsibility”.The important component of the youth group is college students,and college students have the ideal,the ability,the responsibility and leadership in essence.The Chinese Communist Party is the highest political leadership,is the overall leadership,it is reflected in all aspects,including the leadership of college students.On the one hand,college students accept the leadership of the Party,on the other hand,they actively influence others through their own leadership,so as to realize the transmission and inheritance of the leadership of the Party.The core problem of this paper is the leadership of college students.On the one hand,the research of college students' leadership can expand the research field of leadership science theory and enrich the academic achievements of Chinese leadership science research.On the other hand,it can also innovate the idea and carrier of college students' ideological and political education,and enhance the practical effect of building up people by virtue in colleges and universities.Leadership is the positive influence that leaders exert on followers.College students' leadership is the positive influence that college students have on teachers,classmates and other related groups through their own learning,life and social practice in this specific environment,and can lay the foundation of leadership for the healthy and sustainable growth of their future career.The leadership of college students is the result of their own efforts and environment shaping both internal and external factors,not only being shaped by a small environment on campus,but also influenced by the new era and the environment.Therefore,this paper considers the problems of leadership constitution and promotion of university student in the new era,analyzes the university student leadership constitution element,discusses the influence factor which affects the university student leadership inside and outside school,proposes the promotion university student leadership countermeasure suggestion.20 college graduates who have already held leading posts in government departments,institutions and enterprises,20 student cadres and 20 college students who are willing to serve as student cadres were selected to study the connotation of college students' leadership by focus group interview in this study,and analysis it in-depth by grounded theory.Exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze leadership samples data of 4603 college students,and five elements of college students' leadership are obtained with validation: ideology,character style,innovation ability,social ability and cognitive ability.Through exploring the influence mechanism of the five elements of college students' leadership and all kinds of education inside and outside the school,it is found that the influence of ideological and political education on the ideological and ideological elements of college students' leadership is mainly reflected in three aspects: the guidance of ideological consciousness,the promotion of political quality and the encouragement of daily behavior;The influence of professional education on the innovation ability elements of college students' leadership is mainly reflected in the injection of innovation consciousness,the integration of innovation resources and the construction of innovation platform;The influence of student cadres' practice on the social ability factors of college students' leadership is mainly reflected in the improvement of interpersonal competence,team work ability,and communication and coordination ability through organizing various activities;The influence of family education on the character style elements of college students' leadership mainly reflects the field of vision,mind and habit shaping of college students;The influence of social education on the cognitive ability elements of college students' leadership is mainly reflected in the combination of theory and practice,and the cognition of complexity social situation.This paper mainly analyzes the positive influence of five kinds of educational factors on the five elements of college students' leadership.If excessive or inappropriate,these educational factors may also have some negative effects.According to the influence mechanism,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of college students' leadership:First,value leading,innovate ideological and political education cultivation system;Second,innovation support,construct the innovation system of subject and specialty education;Third,practice foundation building,enrich student cadre practice exercise system;Fourth,civilization inheritance,improve the social family environment support system.There are three innovations in the thesis: first,starting from the realistic requirements of the Party and the state for college students,the paper constructs the leadership structure system of college students,which is dominated by the ideological consciousness value dimension of college students,and grasps the essence and key of college students' leadership in the new era;Second,the paper presents five elements of university students' leadership composition with combining the theory of leadership science,focus interview and survey data analysis;Third,the paper explores the influence mechanism of education inside and outside the school,especially ideological and political education,on the formation and promotion of college students' leadership.
