A Practical Study On The Thoughts Of Contacts And Exchange Of Ethnic Groups In Tibet In The New Era

In ethnic work,ethnic relations are reflected by the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups,which also affect the development direction of ethnic relations.It is very important for the consolidation and development of ethnic relations in China to promote the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups in a harmonious atmosphere.After socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,in his series of important discourses on ethnic work,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made it an important task to unswervingly promote the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups in ethnic areas.Thus,the "strengthening the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups" was included in the report to the 19 th national congress of the CPC,which for the first time became an important part of the CPC's guiding ideology on ethnic work.From the series of important dissertations on doing national work well of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper abstracts the develop in harmony;Four basic contents: ethnic equality,ethnic unity,all ethnic groups working together for common prosperity and development,to consolidate the consciousness of the Chinese nation community;Five basic characteristics: adhering to the leadership of the communist party of China,adhering to the safeguard of national unity,adhering to the goal of the common struggle of all ethnic groups,adhering to the core socialist values,and adhering to the governance of ethnic affairs in accordance with the law.In the chapter of the theoretical source for the thoughts of contacts and exchange of ethnic groups in the new era,through literature research method,this paper unscrambles Marxist classic writers and the ethnic theory of the Communist Party of China in detail,which confirms the scientificity of the theoretical origin of the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups in the new era;In the chapter of the foundation and historical context of the contacts and exchange reasons,and the comprehensive impact of other factors,this paper points out the reasons of the problems faced by the practice of the thoughts of contacts and exchange of ethnic groups in in the new era.After the 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party,faced with the reality of more complicated ethnic issues in China,in terms of thinking on the governance of border areas,the CPC central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core did not use the customaryway of "prudent settlement" any more,but adopted the method of "proactive settlement" more actively.In chapter seven,in accordance with series of important discourses doing national work well in Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,the author puts forward suggestions from the improving the ability and level of governance in Tibet,to promote the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups work;From the perspective of long-term development and stability,to promote the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups work.The author thinks that the focuses of strengthening the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups work in the new era for Tibet are: to work hard to solve the problems that arise in the course of the contacts and exchange of ethnic groups,and to put forth effort to write a major aple's livelihood,so that all ethnic groups can live together in peace,work together with one heart and develop in harmony.
