The rural social organizations studied in this paper are not only different from the political organizations such as the rural grass-roots organizations of CPC,but also different from the alike organizations within the administrative system(2)such as the villagers' committees,and the economic organizations such as rural production cooperatives,which have prominent public welfare and sociality.This kind of rural social organizations started in the environment of great changes in rural social politics and economy at the beginning of reform and opening up,and gradually grew and developed.Rural social organizations are based on the folk forces to solve problems,help each other and love each other.They are new forces that provide public services and products for rural society and improve the rural people's livelihood,and play an active role in the construction of rural society.For rural social organizations,the number of academic research papers is very limited,even the existing literature is mostly focused on rural autonomy and rural governance,as well as the relationship between rural social organizations and grass-roots government.The research on the development of rural social organizations is weak,let alone systematic research.In my opinion,it is necessary to deeply and systematically study the development of contemporary rural social organizations,reveal and show the history,current situation and future of rural social organizations,so as to promote the growth and growth of rural social organizations and play an important role in Rural Revitalization in the new era.This paper attempts to use the theory of the relationship between the state and society,the third sector theory,gender theory,focusing on the theme of contemporary "rural social organization development",using the method of case study and literature collection.Here,the paper analyzes the background and characteristics of the rise of rural social organizations,describes the incubation mode and operation mechanism of rural social organizations,shows the functions and functions of rural social organizations,analyzes the problems and constraints of rural social organizations,and finally puts forward the development path of rural social organizations.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction.It first introduces the reason and support mode of the rural grass-roots organizations of CPC and the villagers' committees,the mode social workers training and promotion.The operation mechanism of rural social organizations mainly includes organizational structure,social interaction and fund management.The second chapter expounds the functions and functions of rural social organizations.Rural social organizations provide services,help and support for rural residents,especially for the rural elderly,left-behind children and women.At the same time,it shows the cultural effects of enriching rural culture,providing spiritual nourishment and promoting the change of customs.It also shows that rural social organizations can solve community problems by themself,promote the optimization of rural multi-body
