Research On The Path Of Surrounding Cultural Exchang From The Perspective Of The Theory Of "YUAN"

Under the current international situation,Chinese diplomacy represented a new development trends which is the gradually strengthened independent innovation consciousness.Meanwhile rallying opinion and exploring the eastern discourse of identity of China that fitted the position and demanding of Chinese Concept.According to the domestic,international trends and social development there were series of theoretical innovation conceived in China which adapted the attempt of needs of times and also represented the identity and strategic needs of China within the changes of international relations.The propose and development of The concept of Building a community with a shared future for humanity and The Belt and Road Initiative combined with the balance of integration of practice and interests which became the guide of concept transform and practice reform.New concept and methods emerged in diplomacy of China.The general layout of great country is the key,the periphery is initial,the third world is a foundation and the multilateral is the important stage has been becoming the new hot research topic in academia.Nowadays,Western theories still dominated the research in the international political economy.In order to participate in the global governance,China need to participate in the existing system and achieved the co-governance between Eastern and Western.That required the fundamental complementarity of Eastern and Western logic and the Civilization.Infusing the Eastern culture,exploring the excellent culture of Chinese history,establishing the new development path mode and research in complementary advantages and constructing Chinese characteristics theory is owing to propose a new concept framework and Eastern perspective for humanity diplomacy.As the traditional excellent Chinese culture,Yuan was applied to be an new diplomatic discourse and eastern perspective to reinterpret and recognize humanity exchanges through the method of deductive reasoning,historical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis.There are also lots of actual cases of cultural exchanges between China and South Korea applied in the thesis combing with the empirical and policy analysis.This thesis consisted of seven chapters.The first chapter represented the origin,concept of connotation and the surrounding humanities of Yuan applied in cultural exchange between China and South Korea.The second chapter started with the core concepts of relationism,identity,community of imagination and expounded the differences between Yuan and Law constructed from the analysis framework.From Chapter three to Chapter six,the author detected from Yuan in relation,Yuan in regionalism,Yuan in profession and Yuan in theology which expounded by the analysis of the relationship,history,identity and imagination.Meanwhile the author also combined with practical cases of cultural exchanges between China and South Korea to demonstrate the feasibility,practical and theoretical value.Finally,the author utilized the theoretical and practical method to explore multiple possibilities of Yuan theory applied in the practical cases.Meanwhile,the theory of Yuan were also utilized in the theoretical research on the construction of Community of shared future in East Asia and framework of Eastern discourse system combined with the development needs of international and domestic.Utilizing the multiple Yuan theory to analyze the humanistic exchanges and explore the effective cultural route which would not only contribute to the security and stability in Korean Peninsula and East Asia but also provide more favorable environment for bilateral economic cooperation and development.The theory of Yuan could be applied as the new theoretical framework and method for the representation of China-South Korea and more surrounding countries’ humanity exchange.
