Research On The Soft Power Of Chinese Culture In The Perspective Of Marxism

Since the famous American scholar Joseph Nye put forward the concept of soft power,the impact of soft power has already "overflowed" the US border,"fermented" and "localized" in countries around the world,and has become an important reference for governments around the world to formulate national policies and promote development textual theory.He described the culture,political values and foreign policy of a country as the three most important resources of soft power.And culture bears the brunt of it,becoming the basic component and core content of the components of soft power,which directly determines the strength and depth of the country's soft power.Therefore,cultural soft power quickly became the focus of global attention.Joseph Nye's concept of soft power originates from the concept of power in Western theoretical circles.His concept of soft power has a direct impact on the formation and development of China's comprehensive national strength,cultural power,and cultural soft power.However,his soft power theory is based on western political science and international relations theory,directly derived from Hans Morgenthau's theory of power and Peter Baklava and Morton Baraz's "second level of power".The ultimate goal is to maintain American hegemony and Western values,which are still the product of Cold War thinking.As a big socialist country,China's fundamental guiding ideology is Marxism.The cultural soft power thought from the perspective of Marxism is bound to bear a distinctive mark of Marxism,which is essentially different from Joseph Nye's cultural soft power thought.The construction of Chinese cultural soft power should not go in the direction of Joseph Nye,but must inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,combine Marxist theory and its achievements in China,combine with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and build its own cultural characteristics In order to highlight our own cultural identity,we must continue to promote the research into the cultural soft power of China.Because the study of Chinese cultural soft power began after the Western scholars proposed the concept of soft power,many current scholars often ignore the reality of China in the process of studying Chinese cultural soft power and directly copy the results of Western soft power research.This has led to a disconnect between research results and China's reality.China is an ancient country with 5,000 years of civilization and a great socialist country.As the pace of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is gradually accelerating,the theory of soft power is particularly valued.Developing and improving the theory of soft power,constructing a cultural soft power theory from the perspective of Marxism,and serving the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics in the new era are not only the requirements of the political circle,but also the responsibility of the academic circle.This study takes Marxist cultural theory as the theoretical basis,and uses Joseph Nye's soft power theory as an important reference.It attempts to transfer the concept and connotation of cultural soft power from the Western context to the Chinese context,and from the Marxist perspective.This article analyzes and defines the concept of cultural soft power.Based on this,it analyzes the current development status of Chinese cultural soft power,and proposes strategies and measures to enhance Chinese cultural soft power.This thesis is composed of introduction,main text and conclusion.The main text includes five parts.The introduction mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic selection,briefly introduces the research results and related theoretical viewpoints of cultural soft power at home and abroad,summarizes the current research status,and summarizes and summarizes the research methods and ideas.Chapter one,traces the origin of Marxist theory of cultural soft power.From the perspective of analyzing and summarizing the connotation of Marxist cultural theory,this chapter comprehensively sorts out Marxist cultural theory and clarifies the beginning,development and trend of Marxist cultural theory that is related to or similar to the idea of soft power.The prerequisite of strength is also the theoretical premise of the logical basis of this research.This chapter is divided into three sections,which summarize the cultural theory of Marx and Engels,the cultural theory of Marxism in the early 20 th century,and the western Marxist cultural theory,and find the theoretical source and support for the analysis and definition of cultural soft power in the perspective of Marxism.Chapter two,basic provisions of Chinese cultural soft power.On the basis of Marxist cultural theory,the core connotation of cultural soft power in the Chinese context is explained,and the content of cultural soft power in the Marxist perspective is expounded.How is it different from cultural soft power in Western discourse? This chapter defines cultural soft power from three aspects: the connotation of Marxist cultural soft power,the interpretation of Chinese cultural soft power,the main characteristics,and the endogenous goals.Chapter three,explores the cultural soft power of the Communist Party of China.This chapter is divided into five sections,which discuss the cultural soft power related ideas from the five generations of the collective leadership of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao to Xi Jinping in accordance with the order of historical development,clearly show and summarize our party's exploration and understanding of cultural soft power It is also a further interpretation and sublimation of cultural soft power in the Chinese context.Chapter four,the reality of Chinese cultural soft power.This chapter is divided into three sections.First,we analyze the complex domestic and international backgrounds faced by the development of Chinese cultural soft power,cultural conflicts in the context of economic globalization,and China 's peaceful rise.Finally,analyze the specific problems and main reasons for the construction of cultural soft power.Chapter five,strategies and measures to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture.This chapter is divided into three sections,combining the practical problems in the development of Chinese cultural soft power,using Marxist perspectives,positions,and methods,mainly from adhering to the guiding ideology of Marxism,strengthening the integration of Marxism and traditional Chinese culture,and strengthening the externalization of Chinese culture The three aspects of dissemination give suggestions on the construction of Chinese cultural soft power.In the concluding part,on the basis of further affirming the significance of the research,in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies in this research,put forward follow-up research questions,and look forward to the next stage of research.
