Mali is one of the least developed landlocked countries in the world.National development and industrial restructuring have always been the common vision of the Malian government and people. As a friendly ally in Africa,China has always supported the development of Mali.A large number of Chinese-funded enterprises have invested in Mali to set up factories, which have given great support to Mali's economic development and people's livelihood environment. However, due to cultural differences, differences in business operations and other reasons,foreign-funded enterprises such as Chinese-funded enterprises do not operate very well in Mali.In order to explore the underlying reasons for this phenomenon, this article specially conducts this research. In the literature review,it is found that there are few researches works on the efficiency of Chinese-funded enterprises in Mali, and there are fewer studies on the factors that affect the efficiency of Chinese-funded enterprises in Mali. Therefore,it is meaningful to carry out such research. This paper constructs a theoretical structure model to explore the specific impact mechanism of cross-cultural conflicts on corporate benefits. In the research process,cross-cultural conflicts are subdivided from two aspects:national cultural conflicts and corporate cultural conflicts,so as to comprehensively analyze the impact of cross-cultural conflicts on business operations impact. For the research on the impact of cross-cultural conflicts of Chinese-funded enterprises in Mali on business performance,we can start with the study of cross-cultural conflicts and organizational identity, and study how the two affect corporate benefits, and at the same time, how does social network embedding participate in organizational identity This is also the focus of this article. After reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature,I included cross-cultural conflicts(national cultural conflicts and corporate cultural conflicts),organizational identity, corporate benefits, and social network embeddings into the research.First,I used a questionnaire survey method to explore the cross-cultural conflicts in Huawei Mali branch. The performance of cultural conflicts and the analysis of cultural context differences behind cross-cultural conflicts.Secondly,it discussed the negative impact of cultural conflicts of Huawei Mali branch on organizational identity and optimization strategies.Secondly,it discusses the positive impact of organizational identity on corporate efficiency and its promotion strategies.Secondly,it analyzes the moderating effect of social networks on organizational identity and corporate benefits. Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis,a structural equation model of national cultural conflict, corporate cultural conflict, organizational identity and corporate benefits is constructed, and the intermediary effect of organizational identity is explored from two aspects of national cultural conflict and corporate cultural conflict, and further explored the moderating role of social network embedded in the above model.Through empirical research, measure the national cultural conflict, corporate cultural conflict, organizational identity, corporate benefits, and social network embedding and other variables, and then conduct regression tests on national cultural conflicts, corporate cultural conflicts, organizational identity, and corporate benefits.Cultural conflict and corporate culture conflict explore the mediating effect of organizational identity, and then analyze the mediating role of social network embedding in organizational identity on corporate benefits, and finally prove the research hypothesis and relationship model. The research results show that cross-cultural conflict has a direct negative effect on organizational identity, that is,cross-cultural conflict is not conducive to corporate employees to strengthen their sense of identity with the organization. This conclusion is both in terms of national and corporate cultural conflicts. It was verified. In addition, organizational identity has a direct and positive effect on corporate benefits, that is,strengthening organizational identity can effectively improve corporate benefits. This is because organizational identity is strengthened, the company's centripetal force is stronger, and the decisions made by leaders can be effective the implementation, the ability to act in the market will also be strengthened, resulting in higher corporate benefits. At the same time, whether in terms of national cultural conflicts or corporate cultural conflicts, organizational identity completely mediates the relationship between cross-cultural conflicts and corporate benefits, that is,the effect of cross-cultural conflicts on corporate benefits is through organizational identification as a medium. Finally,it can be found that social network embedding positively regulates the effect of organizational identity and corporate benefits, that is,better social network embedding will strengthen the effect of organizational identity on corporate benefits.
