Miao Folklore’s Impact On Peasants’Thoughts And The Strategies Of Ideological Education

China is a multi-ethnic country.In the long course of history,various ethnic groups have gradually formed their own folk customs.Folklore is a unique cultural phenomenon of an ethnic group.In the new historical period,the most arduous task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and opening a new journey of building a modern country in an all-round way is in the countryside.Miao peasants mainly live in poor remote mountainous areas in Hunan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Chongqing,Yunnan,Guangxi and Hainan.Due to the influence of natural conditions,production technology,peasant quality and other factors,rural social and economic development is extremely backward.Miao folklore has an important impact on peasants’ideological quality,mainly in positive and negative aspects.However,the negative thoughts of farmers will lead to peasants’ nonfeasance or even wrong behavior,which is the important reason leading to the backward social and economic development of the Miao countryside.In order to further improve the quality of Miao farmers and the degree of rural social civilization in Miao,and to integrate the Miao society into a well-off society in an all-round way and to open up the new trend of modernization in a modern country,we must eliminate the negative influence of the Miao’s folk custom on the peasants’thinking,change the ideology of Miao farmers,and guide the Miao farmers to establish the correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Therefore,after analyzing the basic concepts of folklore and Miao folklore,combining with the definition and analysis of peasants and thoughts,the author defines and analyses the characteristics of peasants’thoughts,interprets the connotation of peasants’ ideological education,and points out the great significance of strengthening the ideological education of Miao peasants.On this basis,it introduces the Miao people’s material folklore,social folklore,spiritual folklore,language folklore and other four categories of folklore,and comprehensively and systematically introduces its development,theoretical connotation and main content.By investigating the current situation of the influence of Miao Folklore on peasants’ideology,the author draws a conclusion that the influence of Miao Folklore on peasants’ ideology has both positive and negative effects.In terms of positive influence,Miao’s fine folklore helps farmers form simple materialistic world outlook,positive and progressive outlook on life and correct values.In terms of negative impact,backward folklore makes a small number of farmers form idealistic world outlook,negative outlook on life and wrong values.And further explore the deep-seated reasons for the negative impact of Miao folk customs on farmers’thinking:First,the backward folk customs left over from history restrain the peasants’thought;second,the lack of ideological education for the Miao peasants;third,the factors of the Miao peasants themselves.In this paper,we put forward the ideological education strategy to improve the influence of Miao folk custom on Farmers’ ideology.First,establish the goal of ideological education.;Second,adhere to the principle of ideological education;Third,actively enrich the content of ideological education.;Fourth,innovate ideological education methods;Fifth,actively broaden the carrier of ideological education.Sixth,strengthen the construction of ideological education team.Seventh,optimize the ideological education environment.In a word,this study takes Miao folklore as the breakthrough point,combines the current situation of Miao folklore’s influence on peasants’ ideology,summarizes and refines the positive and negative influence of Miao Folklore on peasants’ ideology,further excavates the deep-seated causes of the negative impact on peasants’ ideology,and finally puts forward ideological education strategies to eliminate the influence of Miao Folklore on peasants’ideology,hoping to improve the current Miao people’s ideology The pertinence and effectiveness of ideological education for farmers help Miao farmers establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,and promote the free and all-round development of Miao farmers.
