| Penglaixuan geography series(also known as "Zhejiang library series ",referred to as "series ")is a series of books compiled by Ding Qian,a famous historical geographer in late Qing dynasty and early Qing dynasty.The series is voluminous,with 787,709 words in the2008 edition of the Beijing Library,divided into four volumes,two episodes and 31 volumes.As well as extra territorial geography,the series extends westward to the great Caucasian mountains,north to the northwest of lake Baikal and south to the south to the south islands and near the Indian ocean.This paper makes a systematic summary research on the history and extraterritorial geography of the ancient multi-ethnic dynasties in China,and clarifies many omissions in the history of the frontier areas of the past dynasties.Based on the contents of the series of books,this paper textual research on the contents of the series and its history in Northeast China by means of comprehensive research,induction and comparison,and divides the paper into three parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research basis,research status,research methods,research historical materials,research contents and value of the series.The second part is the main body.In the first chapter,the author first combing Ding Qian's life and writings.In contrast to Ding Qian's writings in the series of books,this paper corrects the misunderstanding of Ding Qian's writings in the Journal of Geology.Then the phenomenon of repeated renaming in the process of revision of the series is analyzed.Secondly,it probes into the influence of textual studies,Mongolian history,meta-history,frontier history and geoscience on the series of books from the perspective of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,and introduces the five versions of the series,comparing the different versions,and then making mistakes in printing and taking off in different versions,and then giving a general overview of the narration and point correction of the series after the series has been written,analyzing its complex compilation methods,and explaining the problems of cartography which appear in the series of books.Thirdly,since the contents of the history of the North and Middle East in the series are scattered among the volumes,in this part,the scope of the northeast history of Ding Qian's textual research in the series is divided,and the historical materials extracted by Ding Qian in the series are explained,as well as the references and references of the textual research,and the examples of textual research are formulated in order to re-examine the history of the Middle East in the series.Finally,it summarizes the value and deficiency of Ding Qian's historical research in Northeast China.The second,third and fourth chapters,that is to say,the contents of thenortheast history of Ding Qian's textual research in the series of books are systematically combed and re-examined.In this part,the contents of Ding Qian's textual research are divided into three categories: nationality,establishment and place names,and are arranged according to the order of dynasty change.In the textual research of ethnic groups by family classification,in the establishment of the textual research in the examination of the establishment of the examination of the government,counties,counties,cities to classify,in the textual research of geographical names in each volume of mountain,water,geographical names.After the classification of the content of detailed and objective discrimination,combined with the views of other scholars in the academic community and the results of archaeological excavation,Ding Qian textual research conclusions,if there is a correct Ding Qian textual research will be affirmed,disputed views will be analyzed and discussed,doubtful questions will be answered as far as possible.The fourth part is the conclusion,which summarizes Ding Qian's research on the history of the Northeast,and summarizes the study of the history of the North East. |
