The Textual Research Of ChengJu And Lintaigushi

This dissertation gives a deep and systematic research on the author, writing, spreading, tpye, content and value of LinTaiGuShi, and it is divided into four parts.The first part is the rearch of ChengJu's life. Firstly, we introduce ChengJu's life and social relations, then study the records of ChenJu in different cultural heritage, analyze the reason of different names of ChengJu, and discuss the relation between biography and XingZhuang, find that the record of ChengJu's identity of Jingshi written in“XinAnWenXianZhi”and“SiKuTiYao”is a mistake.The second part is about the writing, spreading and edition of“LinTaiGuShi”. Firstly, from the historical background of“LinTaiGushi”'s writing, we reveal the purpose and course of writing this book; then, according to the records of both private and public bibliography since South Song dynasty, combining the records in other cultural heritage, discuss the circumstance of spreading of this book, furthermore, analyze the problem of reedited edition and fragmentary edition, and the new results coming from two edition.The third part deals with the type and content. Firstly, according to the special editing form of time sequence, affair related with year, classification and having both of start and end, we analyze the academical value of this book and define the school of its type; then, through comparing the difference and simlarity of the reedited edition and fragmentary edition, conclud the main content of founding and improving of rules in collecting book in South Song dynasty.The forth part is about the value of“LinTai Gushi”. At first, we discuss the historical value: the first point is that this book posseses the high historical value as it preserced much historical material in the old edition of“HuiYao”,“GuoShi”in North Song dynasty and experiences of ChengJu himself. The second point is that the main content in“ShuJi”, “JiaoChou”,“XiuZuan”of this book showes the historical material value of special historyt.Secondly, we discuss the value of cultural inhetage: the first point is that this book has the value of corecting the content of“SongHuiYaoJiGao”involved because of the same resource of“LinTaiGushi”and“SongHuiYaoJiGao”. The second point is that“LinTaiGushi”'s writing is more early than that of“XuZiZhiTongJianChangBian”and“History of Song dynasty”and thus it can be used to checking these history book. finally, we conlude the literal value: the first point is the literal chacateristic showed from the narrating and language of“LinTaiGuShi”; the second point is literal and historical value concluded from the content and form of cultural action of GuanGeWenShi in North Song dynasty recorded in“LinTaiGuShi”.
