PurposeBy collecting,sorting out and statistics the processing standard of each local Chinese medicine pieces,it analyzes the present situation of the local standards of Chinese traditional medicine pieces,selects the key difference items in the contents of the local standards by using the theory of statistical methods,studies the content analysis methods of the key difference items,finds the method of standardizing the key difference items,and puts forward the reference basis and suggestions for improving the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.method1.On the literature research,the official websites of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the State and Provincial Drug Administration,online and offline bookstores,publishing houses,electronic periodical databases and other channels are collected.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the National Standard for the Processing of Chinese Medicine,and the paper standard or electronic photocopy materials of the processing standard of Chinese medicine pieces in various regions are collected,and the relevant research documents about the quality standard and the local standard of Chinese medicine pieces are queried.Through consulting and sorting out the historical documents such as ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,combing the historical application context of clinical application items such as Nature and Flavor,Channel entry,Indications and Functions,Dosage and so on.The accurate connotation of traditional Chinese medicine itself is judged objectively and scientifically.2.By using descriptive statistics,the distribution status,overall differences and standard characteristics of the relevant and information data of the national and local standards of traditional Chinese medicine pieces are described.The standard text description contents are divided and classified,and the value is quantified by assignment method.Then calculate the coefficient of variation,carry on the difference analysis to compare the difference of each standard item in different local standard,find the key difference item.3.By using the comparative analysis method,the results of the literature research method and the statistical analysis method,according the qualitative level and quantitative level,and the two-dimensional comparison of the local traditional Chinese medicine pieces processing norms,the sequential judgment is more obviously different in many standard content items.Results1.As of January 2020,there are more than 3500 varieties of Chinese herbal medicine processed in 29 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.The revision time,revision principle and method of local standard of Chinese herbal medicine pieces are different in each region,and there is no uniform requirement.Comparing with the collection of local standards,the repetition rate is more than 40%,and the standard of traditional Chinese medicine is in the reality of "multi-level management,multiple landmarks,repeated collection and different standards ".2.Based on the difference analysis of the discrete coefficients of each style items of three varieties Ulmus macrocarpa Hance,Tremella fuciformis,Cucumis melo L.,with high repeated collection rate of local standard of traditional Chinese medicine pieces,it is determined the main content of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which is a highly summary of the efficacy,performance and application law.They are the most important academic characteristic and core performance of traditional Chinese medicine.The difference of them are great,which means that there is great controversy about the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.2.The steps of determining
