Research On Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Of Thyroid Cancer

Objective:(1)Collect and sort out the traditional Chinese medicine literature of ancient thyroid cancer,sort out the evolution of the disease name,analyze and summarize the disease and treatment of ancient thyroid cancer and the rule of medication.(2)Discuss and analyze based on journal literature the contemporary Chinese medicine experts' diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer,exploring the experience of traditional Chinese medicine experts on the treatment of thyroid cancer after surgery.(3)Comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences of ancient and modern physicians on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of thyroid cancer,and put forward the prevention and treatment initial plan of thyroid cancer.Methods:(1)Use the licensed“Chinese Medical Dictionary”software to search the catalog,screen the searched literature,and count the drugs.(2)Search in the CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,including masters of traditional Chinese medicine,national famous traditional Chinese medicine experts,local famous traditional Chinese medicine experts,etc.Documents related to the treatment of thyroid cancer with traditional Chinese medicine published before November2020 are entered according to the selection criteria.Use statistical methods to sort,count,and analyze the collected documents.Results:(1)According to the symptoms,thyroid cancer includes“Shi Ying”in ancient Chinese medicine and some diseases such as“Shi Ju”.Ancient physicians believed that the cause and pathogenesis of thyroid cancer lie in the deficiency of the essence,and the syndromes of stagnation of liver and qi,mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,and phlegm-Shi block.(2)Collected 371 articles of contemporary Chinese medicine experts on the treatment of thyroid cancer.Modern physicians believe that the cause and pathogenesis of thyroid cancer are mainly syndromes of liver and qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis blocking,and accumulation of cancer toxin,etc.(3)Traditional Chinese medicine experts used drugs for treatment of thyroid cancer in order of frequency: clearing away heat,tonic,reducing phlegm and softening,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating qi,etc;the frequency of drugs in descending order was bitter,sweet,and pungent,Salty,sour;the top five frequencies Meridian tropism are liver,lung,spleen,stomach and heart.(4)The comparative analysis of ancient and modern physicians found that both of them believed that thyroid cancer are based on the deficiency of righteous qi.Both pointed out the important role of emotional inducements in the development and transformation of thyroid cancer.The ancient physicians remedied the treatment of thyroid cancer,“warming phlegm-Shi”,and today's physicians emphasized “clearing”and “tonifying”.(5)Based on the research of Chinese medicine experts,the author puts forward a preliminary plan for the prevention and treatment of thyroid cancer,including co-regulation of body disease,yin and yang calming stage,and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,etc.Conclusions:(1)Thyroid cancer includes “Shi Ying” and some diseases such as “Shi Ju”.(2)The ancient and modern physicians' understanding and treatment of thyroid cancer are “harmonious but different”.Those who“harmonious” all believe that the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer is based on the deficiency of the body.Ancient physicians paid more attention to the treatment of thyroid cancer based on “Shi” and “phlegm”,and emphasized the warm-yang method.Nowadays,doctors focus on attacking thyroid cancer before surgery,focusing on the treatment of “phlegm” and “blood stasis”,and “clearing” and “tonifying” after surgery.(3)The prevention and treatment of thyroid cancer focuses on emotional etiology,focusing on regulating qi and comprehensive protection.
