Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF)with Unilateral Hypoplasia of Pulmonary Artery(UHPA)(UHPA-TOF)is a rare disease,especially when the size of the hypoplastic pulmonary artery is no large than 3mm,it's clinical cure rate is low to only 85%,restenosis rate of the hypoplastic pulmonary artery is high to 41%.Therefore,it is necessary to study this kind of disease,find out the reasonable surgical strategy and decrease the restenosi rate of the hypoplastic pulmonary artery.This paper retrospectively studied the clinical data of UHPA-TOF patients underwent surgery in our hospital,the survivors received follow-up,quantitative data and qualitative data were respectively analysed with one-way ANOVA and Chi square test,Cox regression analysis were made too.Finally,the surgical criterions for complete repair or palliative repair were found,advantages and shortcomings of different surgical methods were also found,the main complication of surgery were found too,the reasonable surgical strategies were found finally.This paper used methods of computational fluid dynamic(CFD)and computer aided design(CAD)to study numerical simulation of patient-specific pulmonary artery model:left pulmonary artery hypoplasia.By analyzing hemodynamic characteristics,energy efficiency,the distribution of blood flow between left and right pulmonary artery,pulmonary insufficiency and so on,optimized surgical strategies were put forward.This paper used 3D printing technology to reconstruct the patient-specific,preoperative and postoperative pulmonary artery model,patient-specific with satisfying hemodynamic characteristics' pulmonary artery patch were made,which provided the basis of theory and practice for patient-specific pulmonary artery patch design.Based on the clinical practice,guided by theories of CFD and 3D printing,this paper put forward patient-specific optimized surgical strategies by combining theory and practice.
