| ObjectiveOn the basis of the Yunqi theory of Huangdi Neijing,the conductometry meridian measurement and infrared thermography were employed to observe the common characteristics of the changes in the meridians and collaterals energy and cold-heat distribution of human body along with the four-season changes during the“two equinoxes and two solstices”in 2019,and the group identification was performed for the health status trend of people in different yun-qi attribute groups in combination with the congenital yun-qi attribute theory,so as to verify the objective existence of "correspondence between man and universe" through meridian value fluctuation and infrared image differences,thus providing a useful reference for the study of Yunqi theory in Neijing.MethodsThe relatively healthy female college students studying in Guangzhou city were taken as the research objects,with all subjects' birth years converted into the Sexagenary Cycle Calendar,and the congenital yun-qi attribute were divided into three groups:cold-dampness group,dryness-heat group and wind-fire group based on the three Yin and three Yang attributes of the terrestrial branch in the year of birth.The meridian values of Jing-Well acupoints and Yuan-Source acupoints of twelve meridians and collaterals,and the infrared thermal imaging maps of the subjects were collected by using conductometry meridian measurement and infrared thermography within 5 days before and after the vernal equinox,summer solstice,autumnal equinox and winter solstice in 2019,so as to make a preliminary exploration to the characteristics of changes in qi and blood,yin and yang of the human body with the changes of the four seasons by analyzing the four-season fluctuations of left-right,up-down,exterior and interior,and yin and yang of meridian energy,and observing the typical cold-heat feature distribution of infrared images with "yin-yang and five elements" as the basis,and "testing viscera via the state of internal organs" as the method.ResultsA total of 90 healthy female subjects were included in this study,including 31 in the dryness-heat group,32 in the cold-dampness group,and 27 in the wind-fire group.1.The four-season variation trend of meridian measurement in healthy populationThe measured values of Jing-Well acupoints and Yuan-Source acupoints in the autumn equinox of 2019 were higher than those in the spring equinox,summer solstice and winter solstice.The Jing-Well acupoints of twelve meridians and collaterals showed the four-season change trend of“high in spring and autumn,low in summer and winter".Except the triple energizer meridian,heart meridian and liver meridian showing the characteristics of“high in summer and autumn,low in spring and winter”,the remaining Yuan-Source acupoints of twelve meridians and collaterals presented the four-season change trend of“high in spring and autumn,low in summer and winter".2.The four-season change characteristics of meridian measurement values in healthy populationIn the "two equinoxes and two solstices" in 2019,it was characterized by the high values of the left well acupoints of shaoyang meridian(left tri-jiao well and left lover well),and low values of the source acupoints of left triple energizer meridian,as well as the meridian measurement characteristics of "low on the left and high on the right","low in hand and high in foot","low in Jing-well and high in Yuan-source" and "high in Yin and low in Yang" in a wide range.?Left-right comparison:except the Jing-well acupoints of triple energizer meridian,Jing-well acupoints of gallbladder meridian,and Yuan-source acupoint of kidney meridian,which had the characteristics of"high on the left and low on the right"(left Jing-well acupoints of triple energizer meridian>right Jing-well acupoints of triple energizer meridian,left well acupoints of gallbladder meridian>right Jing-well acupoints of gallbladder meridian,left Yuan-source acupoint of kidney meridian>right Yuan-source acupoint of kidney meridian),all other acupoints showed the four-hour characteristics of "low on the left and high on the right".?Hand-foot comparison:except the left Jing-well acupoint of shaoyin channel,right Yuan-source acupoint of shaoyin meridian and left Yuan-source acupoint of taiyang meridian,which were characterized by "high in hand and low in foot"(left Jing-well acupoint of heart meridian>left Jing-well acupoint of kidney meridian,right Yuan-source acupoint of heart meridian>left Yuan-source acupoint of kidney meridian,and left Yuan-source acupoint of small intestine meridian>left Yuan-source acupoint of bladder meridian),all other meridian acupoints showed the four-season characteristic of "low in hand and high in foot".?Comparison between Jing-well and Yuan-source:except the left triple energizer meridian,left gallbladder meridian,left heart meridian and right kidney meridian,which had the characteristics of "high in Jing-well and low in Yuan-source"(left Jing-well acupoint of sanjiao meridian>left Yuan-source acupoint of sanjiao meridian,left Jing-well acupoint of gallbladder meridian>left Yuan-source acupoint of gallbladder meridian,left Jing-well acupoint of heart meridian>left Yuan-source acupoint of heart meridian,right Jing-well acupoint of kidney meridian>right of small intestine meridian,right Yuan-source acupoint of kidney meridian<right Yuan-source acupoint bladder meridian).3.The four-season variation trend of infrared thermal images of healthy peopleDuring the "two equinoxes and two solstices" in 2019,it was characterized by the blockage of liver meridian,extremely hot shoulder and neck,and frequent blockage of triple energizer meridian.Specifically,the blockage of pericardium meridian occurred less in the vernal equinox;the blockage of triple energizer meridian frequently occurred in the summer solstice;the blockage of governor meridian,and extremely hot shoulder and neck occurred in the autumnal equinox more;the cold left small intestine channel occurred in the winter solstice more,with less occurrence of the blockage of governor meridian.4.The four-season trend characteristics of meridian measurement in people with different yun-qi attributeIn the "two equinoxes and two solstices" in 2019,the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the cold-dampness group were relatively higher than those in the dryness-heat group and wind-fire group.Moreover,the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the dryness-heat group were relatively low at vernal and autumnal equinoxes;while the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the wind-fire group were relatively low at summer and winter solstices.?Vernal equinox:the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the dryness-heat group were all lower than those in the cold-dampness group and the wind-fire group,among which,compared with the wind-fire group,the difference of left Jing-well acupoints of kidney meridian in the dryness-heat group was statistically significant(P<0.05).?Summer solstice:the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the wind-fire group were all lower than those in the dryness-heat group and the cold-dampness group,but the differences were not statistically significant.(P>0.05).?Autumnal equinox:the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the dryness-heat group were lower than those in the cold-dampness group and the wind-fire group.Among them,the measured values of Jing-well acupoints in the cold-dampness group were higher,and those of Yuan-source acupoints in the wind-fire group were higher,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).?Winter solstice:the measured values of Jing-well and Yuan-source acupoints in the cold-dampness group were all higher than those in the dryness-heat group and the wind-fire group;among them,compared with the wind-fire group,the difference of left and right Yuan-source acupoints of large intestine meridian and right Yuan-source acupoints of heart meridian in the cold-dampness group were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The four-season variation of infrared thermal images of people with different yun-qi attributesIn the solar terms of "two equinoxes and two solstices" in 2019,in the infrared thermal image,the cold-dampness group was more prone to the cold-heat deviations of skin spots,cool abdomen,blocked liver meridian,extremely hot shoulder and neck,and cold left small intestine meridian.The dryness-heat group was more likely to suffer from the cold-heat deviation patterns of obstructed triple energizer meridian,blocked governor meridian,and blockage of stomach meridian.In the wind-fire group,except the cold-heat deviation pattern of blocked pericardium meridian,the other infrared thermal image characteristics occurred less frequently.?Vernal equinox:compared with the dryness-heat group and the cold-dampness group,the occurrence frequency of blocked liver meridian and cold left small intestine meridian in the wind-fire group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).?Summer solstice:compared with the dryness-heat group and the cold-dampness group,the occurrence frequency of extremely hot shoulder and neck in the wind-fire group was significantly decreased(P<0.05.).?Autumnal equinox:compared with the dryness-heat group and the cold-dampness group,the occurrence frequency of cold left small intestine meridian in the wind-fire group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).?Winter solstice:compared with the dryness-heat group and the cold-dampness group,the occurrence frequency of blockage of liver meridian and governor meridian in the wind-fire group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Meridian measurement and infrared thermal image fluctuated with the changing four seasons,which was related to the natural four-season rhythm of sprouting in spring,growing in summer,harvesting in autumn and storing in winter,as well as the qi-yun changes of "wind-fire balance,spring in versing to summer,autumn tolerance and winter warming" in 2019,and in line with the characteristics of"correspondence between man and universe".2.Meridian measurement and infrared thermal image could reflect the state of cold,heat,deficiency and excess of the human body,which was related to the wood restraining in the cold-dampness group,the weak soil qi in the dryness-heat group,and the excessive catharsis in the wind-fire group in 2019,which could confirm the existence of "guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi". |
