Triboelectric nanogenerator is a device that can convert mechanical energy in the environment into electrical energy.In the process of contact friction,an electric field will appear between the friction layers.The triboelectric nanogenerator uses the electrostatic induction of the metal electrodes in the electric field to realize the conversion from mechanical energy to electrical energy.Therefore,this thesis mainly explores the different ways of using electric fields in triboelectric nanogenerators,to achieve the purpose of improving the output performance of triboelectric nanogenerators,as well as applications in other fields.The details are listed as follows:First,the transfer of the electric field inside the triboelectric nanogenerator to the outer region of the triboelectric nanogenerator is realized by using the external confinement electrodes of the triboelectric nanogenerator.By placing multiple metal electrode pairs in the external electric field,the multi-channel output function of the triboelectric nanogenerator and the purpose of improving the total output charge density are realized.The three-channel triboelectric nanogenerator showed good stability,and the output performance of each channel remained stable even after 58,000 working cycles.By increasing the number of output channels and reducing the thickness of the dielectric layer,the output charge density of the multi-channel triboelectric nanogenerator can reach 5.35 m C m-2.Second,the multi-output channel triboelectric nanogenerator can not only drive multiple electrodeposition devices to work at the same time,but also improve the overall electrodeposition efficiency.The energy of the multi-output channel triboelectric nanogenerator is stored in multiple capacitors at the same time,and by controlling the switch,this energy stored by the multi-output channel triboelectric nanogenerator can be combined together to supply power to high-power devices at the same time,which greatly improves the working time of the electronic watch.Then,using the multi-output channel triboelectric nanogenerator with multiple outputs at the same time and relatively independent characteristics,a self-powered UV imaging system was successfully prepared,and the influence of crosstalk noise was avoided.Third,without changing the existing structure of the disposable medical mask,the single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator charging technology can replenish the charge of the PP filter layer of the disposable medical mask.The bipolar charged PP filter layer has significantly improved the filtration efficiency of particles of different particle sizes.This improvement in filtration efficiency is mainly due to the high electrostatic field inside the bipolar PP filter layer.Combined with effective disinfection methods,the entire disposable medical mask can be reused a limited number of times.Fourth,we successfully achieved the goal of injecting a large of charges into the electret surface by exploiting the high-voltage electrostatic field properties of the triboelectric nanogenerator.At the same time,the electrostatic field on the surface of the electret film is used to achieve the goal of improving the sensitivity of a single Zn O microwire UV sensor.
