At the beginning of this topic,it comes from the enterprise project "gear meshing characteristic analysis and noise reduction research of steering pump" of Fuxin del Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.after summarizing the project experience,it has stridden forward to the theoretical and experimental research of water-based gear pump,mainly studying the output characteristic,noise,life and other problems of water-based gear pump,and the gear meshing characteristic is the main reason affecting such problems,and it is also the main reason.To analyze and optimize the necessary way to improve the performance of water-based gear pump,the following aspects are studied in this paper:The theoretical analysis of water-based gear pump is carried out systematically.The meshing model of main and driven gears based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication is deduced.The factors influencing the meshing characteristics of gears are analyzed.A six-degree-of-freedom gear meshing non-linear dynamic model is constructed under the influence of multiple factors.The non-linear mechanical behaviors such as chaos and bifurcation in the numerical simulation of the model are studied in depth.The rigid and rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of main and driven gears is established by using multi-body dynamics theory and rigid-flexible coupling dynamic theory.The contact characteristics between main and driven gears are described by using IMPACT based on impact function.According to the role of oil film in gear meshing process,the oil film is replaced by a system composed of stiffness,damping and friction coefficient.The simulation analysis is made.The meshing characteristics of the main and driven gears under different working conditions and the influence of the bearing on the meshing characteristics of the gear pump are analyzed.The influence of the internal flow field on the vibration mode of the gear pump is also analyzed.Based on the standard turbulence model,the internal flow field of gear pump is simulated by using the three-dimensional fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis method and Pumplinx special gear pump analysis software.The distribution law of pressure and flow rate in the internal flow field of gear pump and the variation law of driving torque are analyzed.The comprehensive performance of gear pump is tested by vibration test and durability test of water-based gear pump.The acceleration,output characteristics and fatigue life of gear pump under different loads,temperatures and rotational speeds are analyzed.The results provide a basis for the structural optimization of gear pump.
