Research On Urban Layer System In Urban Design

Many city issues have emerged during city development and environmental changes,which mostly are due to the weak organization among city elements,therefore affecting the city physical spatial morphology.This paper summarizes urban elements and relations between each element and the urban layer,from which the effects of the relations on urban physical space can be seen clearly.The contemporary urban design has additionally had the research in elements in recessive ecology,culture and civilization while the traditional urban design focuses on the external elements of city physical space.The era of big data,meanwhile,provides a large amount of data information about them.Urban design,as a kind of graphic language,should combine the graphic information with data information.This paper constructs the urban design layer system.This paper constructs the cognitive system based on different theories.Based on this cognitive system,the concept of urban layer is put forward,and the urban layer system framework in urban design is constructed from 3 levels: theory,research method and practical application.The layer thoughts in urban design came from the ‘figure-ground relation' theory.The layer thoughts in urban design developed on the basis of the fractal theory,typology,semiology,and so on.The research framework of urban layer system in urban design should be constructed from 3 aspects: theoretical system,research methods and technical path system,and practical application system.Layer thoughts exist in many different cognitive views that affect urban design.This paper related to the cognition of urban layer system are extracted from philosophical cognition,scientific cognition and theoretical cognition.The theories and technologies of urban layer system in phenomenology,semiotics and linguistics,geography,fractal science,systematics cartography,aesthetics and architectural typology,are applied with the guiding ideology and content of aspects.This paper constructs the cognitive system of urban layer system.The cognitive system of urban layer system in urban design is constructed from 3 aspects: theoretical cognition,technical method cognition and practical application cognition.This paper first puts forward the concept of "urban layer" and "urban layer system",and then expounds the characteristics and contents of city layer and city layer system.This paper thinks that urban layer can be regarded as a kind of dynamic information carrier of urban design,which refers to the comprehensive information of various elements and relationships involved in urban design,which is formed after processing by means of superposition or interaction.At the same time,the city layer system has the unique characteristics of multi-dimensional,translucency and complex relationship.According to these characteristics,we can determine the concept related to urban layer in urban design,and the role of urban layer in urban design.This paper attempts to establish a city layer system to sort out and integrate the relevant urban elements,and through the superposition of urban layers,analyzes how the urban elements affect the spatial form of the city.Based on the theoretical system and technical method system of urban layer system,the practical application system is constructed from 2 logical paths: bottom-up and bottom-up.First of all,this paper analyzes the formation of urban layer according to the logic of different periods of urban design: the period of urban location,the period of urban construction and the period of urban space use.At the same time,this paper starts from the theory and policy of urban design from top to bottom,and integrates the relevant guiding elements into the corresponding urban layer.Then,from the 3 levels:material space,ecological space and abstract space,it integrates the subsystems,layers and elements of the layer system.Urban design,as a discipline which can be quantified.With the combination of digital information and graphic information,urban design can be analyzed and controlled depending on different types and levels of layers.Diagram method,mapping method,overlay method,quantitative analysis method of urban space and big data analysis method are closely to the urban layer system.Combed these research methods with the technical path for the urban layer system,to build the technical framework of urban layer system research in urban design.This paper combines the research of urban layer system with the application system of urban design in land and space planning from 3 aspects of planning preparation,use control and planning permission,working methods and achievement forms,and constructs the practical application path of urban layer system
