Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Street Physical Activity Based On Social Ecological Model

The improvement of physical activity has become an effective way to deal with public health challenges,especially for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.As an important public space in the city,the street is the main carrier for residents to carry out outdoor physical activities,which means that improving street physical activities has huge health benefits.Due to the complexity of human behavior decisionmaking,people's understanding of the influence mechanism of street physical activity and the correlation with behavioral purpose is still unclear.This is the necessary cognition of street physical activity intervention,and it is also the difficulty that related research has paid attention to for a long time but has not yet overcome.Based on the social ecological model,this paper makes a systematic discussion on the influence mechanism of street physical activity by means of theoretical deduction and empirical analysis based on the interpretation of the relationship between the influencing factors of activity and the theory of health behavior.First of all,the theoretical model of influence mechanism analysis is constructed through theoretical analysis and literature review.Then,according to the composition of the influencing factors of the theoretical model,through the design of the questionnaire and the test of reliability and validity,we carried out a survey in Shenzhen.Then,using the obtained data,on the one hand,carry on the descriptive analysis and empirical test of the influencing factors,on the other hand,carry on the empirical test and mechanism analysis of the relationship between the influencing factors.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,we obtain the cognition of the influence mechanism,and put forward the activity intervention strategy combined with the empirical problems.Regarding the construction of the theoretical model,it specifically puts forward the research hypothesis of two aspects of influencing factors and their relationship.First,the potential influencing factors of street physical activity are summarized and analyzed based on the social ecological model,which is reflected in the four levels of individual,social environment,material environment and policy environment.In view of the complex and complicated state of behavioral psychological factors,the concept definition of healthy behavior related theories is used to select,so as to determine the composition of influencing factors and propose research hypotheses.Second,firstly analyze the relationship between influencing factors under the theory of healthy behaviors,and obtain a preliminary understanding of the relationship;then sort out the overall relationship between the various levels of influencing factors;on this basis,analyze the specific relationship between behavioral psychological factors,Then use three methods: theoretical connection,theoretical deduction,and empirical connection to sort out the specific relationship between the various influencing factors,and then put forward research hypotheses on the relationship between the factors.The descriptive analysis of influencing factors is embodied in the level of residents' physical activity and the friendliness of street physical activity.On the one hand,the current level of street walking of Shenzhen residents is significantly higher than the level of cycling;nearly 90% of residents can rely on walking to meet the relevant standards of adult physical activity in my country,among which the level of leisure and physical walking is the highest;the level of activity caused by individual characteristics is significantly different.The regularity of species differences shows diversified characteristics due to the diversity of activity types and individual characteristics.On the other hand,the street's physical activity friendliness is insufficient in three aspects: space supply,environmental governance and behavior guidance.Among them,the lack of special cycling lanes and related facilities is particularly serious,and it is an important factor that causes the low level of cycling of residents.The quantitative discussion on the impact mechanism of activities is embodied in three aspects: empirical testing of influencing factors,analysis of the relationship between factors and the revealing of individual characteristics adjustment logic.First,through the correlation test of the influencing factors of each activity type,it is found that the specificity of the influencing factors proposed by the social ecological model is particularly prominent in the physical environment.Secondly,the structural equation analysis of the relationship between the influencing factors of each activity type reveals that behavior habits,material environment,and policy environment have an important impact on behavior decision-making,and the relationship between the effects of the three is inexhaustible in each activity type;from the overall performance,the impact of the physical environment deserves sufficient attention.Finally,after discussing the ability of individual characteristics to adjust,it is found that individual characteristics mainly regulate the representation of external environmental stimuli by various influencing factors,and at the same time act on the relationship between the factors,so that the significance of the relationship or the size of the effect is different.The effect of the same intervention on different groups is different.This is the inherent reason why empirical research pays attention to the heterogeneity of intervention targets.Regarding the street physical activity intervention,it should be based on the cognition of the impact mechanism,and at the same time,the measures at all levels should be improved in combination with actual problems.In terms of influencing mechanism cognition,the ability to function is the key to the interpretation of influencing factors;collaboration is the essence of the relationship between factors;multi-level adjustment is the way in which individual characteristics play a role.In terms of the overall strategy for activity promotion,it is necessary to promote the coordination and cooperation of factors at all levels,pay attention to the implementation in all stages of planning,and give full play to the role of the material environment.In terms of specific strategies for activity promotion,it is necessary to enhance residents' awareness of the health benefits of physical activity,form the recognition that health and well-being are related to urban development,and create a strong community environment for healthy behaviors to strengthen the full power of the social environment;Shortcomings in space supply,focusing on optimizing existing facilities,paying attention to differences in user characteristics,and improving the level of space environment operation and maintenance to stimulate the comprehensive force of the physical environment;through the formation of a multi-level planning guidance and control system,restrictions and encouragement The behavioral guidance of mergers and exploration of innovative models of street governance can consolidate the source driving force of the policy environment.To sum up,with the support of social ecological model and health behavior theory,this paper deeply discusses the mechanism of influencing factors of street physical activity through theoretical analysis,hypothetical reasoning,quantitative test and other methods.On the one hand,it deepens and expands the existing cognition based on the field of material environment,so as to provide reference for related research.On the other hand,the intervention strategy based on the cognition of activity influence mechanism provides systematic measures to improve the activity level of residents.
