This paper concentrates on the research and development of polymer cement concrete overlay materials,starting from the preparation of appropriate styrene butadiene latex polymer.The applicability of latex in cement-based materials was analyzed,and the action mechanism of styrene butadiene rubber latex in mortar was revealed.Furthermore,the rheological properties of styrene butadiene rubber latex mortar were studied,the rheological model and equation of latex mortar were established,and the effect mechanism of latex on the viscoelasticity of mortar was revealed.The results show that styrene butadiene rubber latex could improve the pore structure,elastic recovery,mechanical properties and wear resistance of mortar.Based on the development of new materials and theoretical analysis,according to the improvement of mortar performance by styrene butadiene rubber latex,and based on the two-phase material theory of slurry and aggregate,a good performance styrene butadiene rubber latex concrete overlay material was developed.The film-forming characteristics and mechanism of styrene butadiene rubber latex in high-frequency vibration,low water cement ratio,and mixed fiber were revealed.It was pointed out that under the condition of low water cement ratio,the strengthening principle of styrene butadiene latex to concrete performance was proposed,the three-phase time-varying driving law of gas,liquid and solid during high-frequency vibration was used to effectively avoid the reduction effect of styrene butadiene latex on concrete strength.The composite use of fiber played a role of network lap,enhanced the film-forming structure of styrene butadiene latex in concrete,and improved the mechanical properties and road performances of concrete significantly.Considering the combination effect of concrete overlay and asphalt layer,the interlayer bonding technology was further studied.Based on the improvement effect of styrene butadiene latex on the viscoelasticity of cement paste,the theoretical model of the combination of adhesion and interlocking anchoring was proposed.The interlayer bonding material and the contact surface treatment technology were used to further strengthen the interlaminar association performance,revealing the different interlayer bonding state of concrete overlay The anti-deformation law and dynamic fatigue characteristics of the concrete cover and asphalt layer as a whole in different interlayer bonding state were revealed.It was found that the composite strengthening action of styrene butadiene rubber latex cement paste and pile type of interlayer contact surface could effectively improve the bonding performance and overall deformation performance of concrete overlay and asphalt layer,and improve its fatigue deformation performance and durabilityIn view of the use function of styrene butadiene rubber latex concrete cover for surface layer,taking advantage of the adhesion and elastic strengthening effect of styrene butadiene rubber latex on cement-based materials,the high anti sliding,wear-resistant and low noise concrete surface functional layer materials were developed,and the formation principle of its structural depth and anti-sliding and wear-resistant performance was revealed.It was pointed out that the volume ratio of cement paste and aggregate was controlled at 1:2,in which the paste material was mixed with styrene butadiene latex and fiber material,which had the best anti-sliding,wear resistance and noise reduction effect.Furthermore,the aggregate distributional property of the surface functional layer were analyzed,and established the quantitative relationship between the three dimensions of the aggregate proportion,the standard deviation of the aggregate proportion and the structural depth and the anti-sliding value,and the interfering factors and the mechanism of the formation of the anti-sliding performance of the pavement were analyzed theoretically.To sum up,this paper focused on the theoretical analysis and experimental research of ultra-thin polymer modified cement concrete overlay materials and performances.The influence regular patterns of styrene butadiene latex on mortar and concrete performance were studied,the combination performance between concrete overlay and asphalt layer was improved,and the use function of the surface layer of the concrete overlay was enhanced,finally the comprehensive performance of the ultra-thin polymer cement concrete overlay was promoted.
