| Energy is one of the important material bases of human economic development and social progress.Dealing with global climate change and regional environmental pollution,building a sustainable,clean and efficient energy system has become an important trend of energy revolution in various countries.The increasing of distributed renewable power proportion in the energy system is an important sign of the above trend.However,the increase of its permeability will threaten the safe and reliable operation of power system due to the characteristics of intermittent and random fluctuations of distributed renewable power generation.At the same time,because of the rapid increase of electric vehicle group in modern electric transportation network,it can be used as a special mobile energy storage system after being connected to the power grid through charging and discharging devices,and has the flexible demand response ability of controllable load at the same time,which is another important distributed energy.Therefore,building a virtual power plant with electric vehicles as the core,integrating various distributed energy resources,and making full use of their complementary effects can provide a more stable power interaction to the power grid as a whole,in order to improve the safety and economy of the energy system.This paper takes the operation system of electric vehicle virtual power plant as a research object under the background of new energy security strategy in China,analyzes its business model and operation mechanism deeply,constructs the game bidding model of participating in the power market based on the prediction of distributed energy operation data,and studies on the whole economic operation decision-making and coordinated regulation and control.The main research content of this paper are specifically as follows:(1)This paper defines the connotation of "converged" distributed energy of electric vehicle virtual power plant under the development of new energy security strategy and the market-oriented operation direction,and analyzes the internal resource operation characteristics such as the operation of distributed power based renewable energy,the mobile energy storage of electric vehicle and the flexible demand response.As an independent "virtual" market subject,through the operation mode planning of various distributed energy(DER)agents aggregation,internal optimization and revenue sharing,participate in multiple market transactions in the field of energy and power,and realize the market-oriented operation and development of electric vehicle virtual power plant through the operation mode of collaborative management and control by designing prediction decision,bidding authorization,planning and scheduling.(2)This paper analyzes the alternative trend of economic operation scheduling strategy based on distributed framework in the process of distributed energy collaborative management and control.Using the system thought of multi-agent,this paper designs three control modes for the operation of the internal integrated energy management system in the virtual power plant of electric vehicle,puts forward the system modeling scheme of the completely distributed control mode,discusses the necessity of building the unified representation model based on the heterogeneous distributed energy resources and services in the environment of the Internet of things,and constructs the multi-scale flexible space model of electric vehicle virtual power plant preliminarily from the four dimensions of physical resource layer,data integration layer,information aggregation layer and function service layer.(3)This paper describes the power output models of wind and light power generation respectively aiming at the uncertainty analysis of the output of internal distributed power of the electric vehicle virtual power plant by combining multi scene technology and solar amplitude illumination prediction,constructs a short-term load forecasting model of electric vehicle charging station by combing with Niche Immune lion algorithm and convolution neural network,and the accuracy and reliability of the method are verified by the example implementation and result analysis of charging station short-term load forecasting based on the analysis of charging load characteristics,different types of data are selected as input variables.The results provide data base of internal operation for the economic operation optimization decision of electric vehicle virtual power plant.(4)This paper proposes the cooperative bidding strategy of electric vehicle virtual power plant participating in the power market competition,that is,through the mobile energy storage characteristics provided by the electric vehicle aggregator and the deviation cost function of optimizing distributed generation output.On this basis,this paper establishes the bidding model of electric vehicle virtual power plant participating in energy current market by applying the game theory;and proposes the power market equilibrium strategy and solves it based on Cournot Model and to realize the optimal decision of bidding price and bidding power plan.The example shows that the polymerization of electric vehicle mobile energy storage can stabilize the output fluctuation of distributed power supply,which is conducive to the optimization of the economic operation of the electric vehicle virtual power plant.(5)This paper constructs a two-stage decision and scheduling model of integrated electric vehicle virtual power plant considering the demand response capability of electric vehicle.It establishes and solves the decision-making model by considering the influence of distributed power supply,electric vehicle demand response,mobile energy storage,controllable gas turbine,power purchase and sale plan of distribution network in the current energy market stage with the goal of maximizing the overall benefit.In the real-time market stage,it carries out the secondary optimization adjustment of internal distributed energy output by combining with the authorized trading power and unbalanced cost,and at the same time,supplements the safety check constraints of the internal lines to ensure the stable operation of the distribution network.(6)This paper studies on the market-oriented operation mode innovation and policy mechanism suggestions of electric vehicle virtual power plant.According to the new strategy of energy security and the requirements of power system reform,it designs the development mode of further participation in low-carbon market transactions and dynamic alliance cooperation.Combined with the characteristics of decentralized and distributed decision-making of block chain technology,it builds the block chain market-oriented operation system architecture of electric vehicle virtual power plant.In the view of the perspective of policy guidance and market mechanism improvement,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of electric vehicle virtual power plant,in order to provide reference and help for the future standardized commercial operation and development. |
