The traditional economic and social development model characterized by the centralized use of fossil energy is gradually undergoing changes,and the third industrial revolution,represented by new energy technologies and Internet technologies,is emerging.As the core technology of the third industrial revolution,Energy Internet is a new form of energy system development in which the Internet and energy production,transmission,storage,consumption,and energy markets are deeply integrated.It is the product of the deep integration of Internet concepts,advanced information technology,and the energy industry.In this context,it is necessary to carry out research on the mechanism of multi-energy complementarity,to optimize the allocation of resources based on the multi-level use of energy quality,and to provide support for China’s energy Internet construction and energy transition.Relying on the complementary characteristics and optimization mechanism of multiple energy sources under the Internet of Energy,this paper builds a multi-energy coupling forecasting model,a multi-energy quality grading evaluation model,a multi-energy mention utilization optimization model,and a multi-energy complementary cascade utilization comprehensive benefit evaluation model.To study the optimization model and application of the multi-energy complementary cascade utilization under the energy Internet.The main work of this article includes:(1)Based on the development context and trend analysis of the Energy Internet,a multi-energy complementary optimization mechanism under the Energy Internet is proposed.By analyzing the starting point of the Internet of Energy concept and its purpose,a comparative study of the similarities and differences between the US,Germany,Japan,and China on the concept of the Internet of Energy was found.There are differences in the concept of the Internet of Energy in different energy environments and energy usage backgrounds.Based on the comparative analysis of different energy coupling methods,a multi-energy complementary optimization mechanism under the energy Internet is proposed to lay the foundation for the construction of a multi-energy optimization model.(2)A multi-energy coupling prediction model based on mutual information and swarm intelligence algorithm was constructed based on the characteristics of multi-energy coupling in different scenarios.Through the analysis of multiple energy coupling scenarios,it can be summarized into typical scenarios such as the coupling and utilization of renewable energy,the energy-saving of high-energy-consuming enterprises,and the control of digital platforms.It also focuses on the in-depth analysis of energy-saving multi-energy coupling scenarios of energy-intensive enterprises with complex scenarios,and uses the mutual information feature selection method,adaptive evolution algorithm,and least square support vector machine theoretical m odel to build a mRMR-AFWA-LSSVM The multivariate energy coupling forecasting model is shown in the example.It is shown that the model constructed in this paper has better prediction effect than other models.(3)Based on the theory of energy quality assessment,a multivariate energy resource quality analysis method and evaluation model were established.Considering the goal of maximizing the allocation of resource efficiency,through the flexible conversion of energy and its comprehensive utilization principle,and the cascade utilization of energy,the basic principles of energy quality cascade utilization under high quality and high use are proposed.Multi-energy quality is graded through four dimensions:time urgency,capacity effectiveness,economic effectiveness and social impact.Energy quality is evaluated and analyzed for the energy supply and demand subject’s allocation of multi-energy resources,and guidance is given to the establishment of multi-energy resources.The quality analysis and utilization system lays the foundation for the construction of an optimized model for the complementary use of multiple energy sources.(4)From the perspectives of producers and consumers,respectively,a multi-energy complementary cascade utilization optimization model based on energy quality assessment is constructed.Based on three aspects of market factors,technical factors and comprehensive factors,the modeling and analysis of the impact factors of the cascade utilization of multi-energy resources is conducted.On this basis,based on the perspective of producers,from the perspective of multi-energy resource investment planning and portfolio optimization,a multi-energy complementary mention optimization model was constructed.From the perspective of consumers,a multi-energy complementary utilization optimization model was established from the perspective of energy system operation optimization.An intelligent algorithm is used to analyze the above optimization model.An example analysis shows the effectiveness of the optimization model.(5)Based on the comprehensive benefit analysis of the Energy Internet,a comprehensive benefit assessment method for multi-energy complementary cascade utilization under the Energy Internet was established.Through the analysis of the concept and typical characteristics of the Energy Internet,and in accordance with the principles established by the Energy Internet evaluation index system,comprehensive consideration of the interests of energy producers,service providers,consumers,and the national society,from the energy Internet planning,construction,operation and other links,From the perspectives of economy,energy,environment and society,a comprehensive index system for evaluating the efficiency of the Internet of Energy has been established.Realize energy Internet benefits through six dimensions,including multi-energy comprehensive utilization technology,distributed function technology,advanced energy transmission technology,demand response and virtual power plant technology,energy storage and its networked application technology,advanced sensor communication and big data technology Means to
