B2C sharing car refers to the self-service system that rental platform owns cars and provides cars to users in city outlets[1].In this dissertation,B2C sharing car system is taken as the research carrier.Aiming at the problems of human-computer interaction,such as weak guidance of equipment operation,low persuasive power of behavior habits and low limitation of dangerous behavior,this dissertation tries to use the thinking of interaction design to Restrict" user behavior to alleviate and resolve.According to the technical route of "Model Establishment-Comprehensive Test-Application Research",a new method based on "User Behavior Restrictive Interaction Design Model" of the system is carried out,and the comprehensive test including interactive scheme and human factor experiment is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model and the feasibility of the interaction design scheme.Finally,through the design and development of virtual reality(VR)panoramic operation platform and other functional modules,the improved interaction design scheme is implemented in B2C sharing car system is applicated.The main contents of this dissertation are as follow(1)Explore and summarize the user,system characteristics and human-computer interactive problems in in-vehicle secondary task.Through questionnaire survey and systematic cluster analysis,the characteristics of user groups,user behaviors and user segmentation groups are clarified;the whole process details and system characteristics of the current B2C sharing car system are clarified by using the service novelty seeking method;and the semi-structured interviews are carried out for the stakeholders of the system by the method of in-depth interview,which is summarized by the coding method of grounded theory The human-computer interactive problems of "Weak guidance of equipment operation","Less persuasive power of behavior habits"and "Low limit of dangerous behavior" in driving task are discussed(2)User Behavior Restrictive Interaction Design Model in-vehicle secondary tasks is established.Combined with the self-service characteristics of the existing B2C sharing car system and the human-computer interactive problems that need guidance,persuasion and restriction in in-vehicle secondary tasks,the concepts of "Restrictive Design" and "Restrictive Interaction Design" based on the system are proposed,and then "User Behavior Restrictive Interaction Design Model" for B2C sharing car system is established.(3)Design and implement a comprehensive test scheme for the proposed model.The comprehensive test scheme includes two parts:interaction design scheme and experiment scheme.The interaction design scheme is designed and made based on the proposed model,and the experimental scheme is tested and analyzed with the interaction design scheme as the experimental material.Firstly,based on the vehicle center control interface and mobile user smart phone interface of vehicle information system,according to the three sub elements of "IF/THEN" rule set in the established "User Behavior Restrictive Interaction Design Model",the human-computer interaction problems of "Weak guidance of equipment operation","Less persuasion of behavior habits" and "Low limitation of dangerous behavior" in driving tasks are divided into three categories.We do the corresponding interaction design project practice,and then take different forms of audio-visual interaction design as experimental materials to test and analyze the data,so as to verify the effectiveness of "User Behavior Restrictive Interaction Design Model" and t the feasibility of the interaction design scheme.(4)Research on the application of design criteria and design scheme.According to the experimental results of the comprehensive test scheme,the interaction design criteria for B2C sharing car system are proposed from three aspects of behavior guidance,behavior persuasion and behavior restriction interaction design.According to the design criteria,the interaction design scheme through comprehensive test is continuously improved and applied to the architecture design of B2C sharing car system;a virtual reality(VR)operation platform based on guidance and restrictive interaction design is designed and developed,which fully considers the safety and usage habits of users,innovatively starts from the vehicle end and mobile user side,and applies the three dimensional demonstration of specific operations and related equipment.The demonstration of interaction operation marker embedded in a realistic virtual reality scene,showing each action in the form of short video.In addition,the voice reflecting the persuasive concept is also designed.And the theory is applied to the development of the expansion function of the mobile user terminal and the vehicle terminal of the real sharing car system.
