Supercapacitors,as a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy storage device,are widely used in many fields such as aerospace,information technology and national defense science and technology.Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT),which has excellent conductivity and film-forming properties,is often used as the electrode material,but its application is limited due to its low specific capacitance,insolubility in water and poor mechanical properties.In this paper,four kinds of PEDOT composite electrode materials with high specific capacitance were prepared and assembled into supercapacitors through reasonable structural design and morphology regulation.The specific research contents are as follows:rGO/CNTs/Fe2O3/PEDOT:PSS paper with the concrete structure was prepared by the solvent evaporation method.The paper electrode has excellent toughness,wettability and high specific capacitance.When the power density of the assembled flexible supercapacitor is 166 W kg-1,the energy density is 35.6 Wh kg-1,and the capacitance retention rate is 98.2%after 10,000 cycles.And the bending deformation has no effect on the performance of the flexible supercapacitor.CoCCHH-CoSe heterotube@PEDOT:PSS sponge was prepared by the freezedrying method.The surface defects and specific surface area of CoCCHH-CoSe heterotubes increase the active sites for redox reaction.Elastic porous PEDOT:PSS ensures the stability of the electron transport channel and the overall structure of the material.When the power density of the assembled elastic supercapacitor is 374.9 W kg1,the energy density is 137.7 Wh kg-1,and the capacitance retention is 84.7%after 2000 cycles.And the elastic deformation has no effect on the performance of the supercapacitor.CoCHH/PEDOT nanowires with the interwoven network structure were prepared by the hydrothermal and electrochemical polymerization methods on the base of carbon fiber cloth.PEDOT is coated on the surface of CoCHH nanowires like skin,which not only improves the conductivity of CoCHH nanowires,but also increases the carrier transmission rate.When the power density of the assembled flexible supercapacitor is 747.7 W kg-1,the energy density is 70.8 Wh kg-1,and the capacitance retention rate of the assembled flexible supercapacitor is 92.7%after 2000 cycles.And the bending deformation has no effect on the performance of the flexible supercapacitor.Ni(OH)2/PEDOT with the skeleton/skin structure was prepared on the base of nickel foam by the hydrothermal and electrochemical deposition methods.Nano-skin PEDOT not only improves the electrical conductivity of the composites,but also increases the cycle life.When the power density of the assembled supercapacitor is 991.2 W kg-1,the energy density is 116.2 Wh kg-1,and the capacitance retention rate is 90.1%after 2000 cycles.
