Automation and intellectualization of fully mechanized mining face is of great significance for safe and efficient production of coal mine.Emulsion pump station,as the power source of hydraulic support of key support equipment in coal mine,is an important part of coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment.In order to improve the automation and intelligent level of emulsion pump station,this paper studies the key links of emulsion pump station system,such as concentration detection,liquid supply and distribution control algorithm,frequency conversion constant pressure control,pump station system design and so on.The main achievements are as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the research status and development trend of emulsion pump station and emulsion pump;introduces the development status of automatic proportioning technology of emulsion pump station;introduces and analyzes the development status of on-line detection technology of emulsion concentration;describes the development status of emulsion pump station control system and frequency conversion constant pressure control at home and abroad.The principle of emulsion concentration density method is analyzed,and a new method of on-line detection of emulsion concentration is proposed.Based on the principle of density method,the concentration of emulsion is indirectly measured by tension sensor.The anti-interference performance of the system is optimized by using FIR digital filter and temperature compensation technology.The experimental test circuit is built to realize the automatic detection of emulsion concentration,The feasibility of the scheme is verified.According to the working principle and structural parameters of the hydraulic system of emulsion pump station,the mathematical model of each hydraulic component is established.Taking the pressure and flow between the connecting parts of the hydraulic system as the boundary conditions,the simulation model of the emulsion pump station system is established.By setting the physical parameters of the system,the pressure and displacement curve of the hydraulic support column cylinder under the liquid supply condition of the emulsion pump station are completed line.The analysis confirms that the action speed and support force of the working face hydraulic support and the supply flow,the hydraulic system pressure and the hydraulic system power characteristics of the pump station.In the aspect of intelligent liquid mixing,the real-time control algorithm of high-precision emulsion ratio is designed.For the concentration error control,a new structure of liquid distribution control system is designed.The oil-water flow adopts double closed-loop control,and the oil / water ratio is dynamically modified by adding a fuzzy correction unit.In the oil /water ratio control link,two sets of schemes,volume ratio method and concentration meter ratio method,are adopted.The self-adaptive adjustment algorithm of oil-water ratio is designed.Based on PID control,bang ban is introduced Through theoretical analysis and simulation research,the optimization scheme is proposed.In the aspect of intelligent liquid supply,the overall scheme of frequency conversion and constant pressure control of emulsion pump station is designed.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted in the emulsion frequency conversion constant pressure control of the liquid supply system.Combined with the scheme of liquid supply pressure on demand,the optimal control of liquid supply pressure is realized.In the aspect of pressure optimization control prediction,the hybrid prediction method based on FOA-RBFNN is used to give the optimal control,it shows that the direct torque control can be applied to the motor control of emulsion pump,and the control effect is good.A set of emulsion pump station based on four pumps and two boxes is designed.The preliminary design of intelligent control module and monitoring system software and hardware of emulsion pump station is completed.The selection and design of inverter,control box,emulsion pump,emulsion tank and other equipment are completed.The analysis and prediction of the field application effect is carried out,and the effectiveness of the intelligent system is verified through the industrial preliminary test.There are 112 pictures,9 tables and 144 references in the dissertation.
