| With the continuous evolution of people’s living patterns and the rapid development of technology,users have put more and more demands on the refined design of residential products.Kitchen products are an important part of residential products,its development and design have become the key factors for the success of the entire residential product.This paper takes the idea of system engineering methodology as the main guide to meet the needs of different user groups.With the system facilities layout,intelligent optimization algorithm and parametric design as technical means,it proposed residential kitchen product design strategy for different user needs.The thesis mainly completed the following research work:(1)The mode of subdividing users according to their demands for product values is proposed.According to different classification methods,users are divided into more detailed groups,and the behavior patterns of typical user groups are finely divided,and the differences in the needs of different users for residential kitchen products are deeply explored,especially the potenti al hidden needs,which are corresponded in kitchen product design.(2)The idea of system engineering methodology and the specific steps of systematic design are proposed.From the perspective of systematic design,the relationship between the kitchen product system and the residential space is considered as a whole.The characteristics of the components of the kitchen product system and the characteristics of the layout of each module in the indoor space are analyzed.In the interior space,the coordination and consistency between users,residential products and interior spaces are emphasized.(3)The process of identifying,transforming,and transferring user needs and their matching with kitchen product design are studied,and the methods of user demand model construction and demand weight calculation are proposed.Taking social convenience users and sensory taste users as an example,a hierarchical structure classification table and a user demand weight matrix of the design demand model are constructed,and the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate and test,and the user’s core demand element for kitchen products is obtained.(4)The application of system facility layout theory(SLP)and improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)in the layout design of residential kitchen products is studied.Through the application of SLP theory to the comprehensive strength analysis between kitchen product modules,a preliminary kitchen product layout plan for socially convenient users is obtained,on this basis,a mathematical model of product layout mode is constructed,and the IPSO theory is used to solve and evaluate to get a relatively optimal layout design plan.(5)Based on the optimal plan,a refined kitchen product design solution for socially convenient users was constructed.VR was used for panoramic roaming display,and the design effect was evaluated by using immersive virtual experience and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.(6)A parametric design method for kitchen product modeling based on cubic T-Bezier curve is proposed.Taking sensory taste users as an example,using the cubic T-Bezier curve with local shape parameters as the basis to design the contour curve of the kitchen cabinet products,using the control vertices to control the whole curve,or using the shape parameters to make fine adjustments,a variety of design schemes are generated quickly,and the effectiveness of this method is proved by examples.Based on the above theories and methods,the paper adopted computer-aided design software AUTOCAD,scientific calculation language MATLAB,statistical analysis software SPSSAU and virtual reality software VR-Platform for analysis and calculation,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of residential kitchen products based on users’ needs.The research results of this topic will innovate and integrate engineering technology,intelligent algorithms and product plastic arts,which promotes the development of digitalization,parameterization and diversification of residential products.It is in line with the national guidelines of "Integrating the two industries and driving innovation",and has important theoretical and practical significance for the design,analysis and evaluation of residential products and for guiding the product development and production of enterprises. |
