Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Theory Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Since the 21 st century,China's socialist ecological civilization construction practice and theoretical research has entered a booming period of prosperity.The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China listed the construction of ecological civilization as an important part of the overall layout of the socialist cause of "five in one".The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that the construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,and puts forward that by 2020,we should resolutely fight against pollution;by 2035,the ecological environment will be fundamentally improved and the goal of beautiful China will be basically achieved;by the middle of this century,we will build our country into a strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modernization power.However,at present,China's ecological civilization construction still faces many development challenges,and some major basic challenges need to be solved in depth,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the theoretical system of ecological civilization construction in China.Guided by Marxist thought,this study encompasses the domestic and foreign research status of the theory of ecological civilization construction,evaluates the previous achievements and research deficiencies,and applies the research methods of integrating theory with practice,systematic research,historical and logical unification and literature research methods to raise,analyze and solve problems,with a view to research perspectives and deficiencies.There are some innovations in the viewpoint.The significance of this study lies in that it is beneficial to respond to the mode of production of "industrial civilization",to explore the development of the theory of socialist civilization construction with Chinese characteristics,and to explore the law of socialist ecological civilization construction.At the pracatical level,it can play a positive role in building a well-off society in an all-round way,promote the awareness of environmental protection of the whole society,and provide effective reference for the practice of ecological civilization in other developing countries.Specifically,besides the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into five chapters.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the basis of topic selection,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods to be adopted,research structure and innovation points of the paper.The first chapter,the basic theory of ecological civilization.It explores the origin of the concept of ecological civilization,ecological civilization connotation,characteristics of ecological civilization and the basic theoretical paradigm of ecological civilization construction.By understanding the connotation of ecological civilization from different perspectives,and elaborating the connotation and connection of the related concepts of ecological civilization,this paper further analyses the internal relationship of the basic theory of ecological civilization.The second chapter,ideological foundation of ecological civilization construction theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The thesis extracts some of the contents that have influenced the present from the perspectives of Marxist ecological civilization,the origin of Chinese traditional culture and the ecological civilization in Western theory,such as Marxist ecological civilization thoughts,Lenin's ecological civilization thoughts and Mao Zedong's ecological civilization thoughts,traditional Chinese culture like Confucian ecological thought,Taoist ecological thought and Buddhist ecological thought.The third chapter of the thesis,the practical background of the theory of socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics.It includes specific practice of the ecological civilization construction after the founding of the country is explored,started,developed,matured and leapfrogged.The specific achievements include the pattern of the transformation of land space development,is scattered and orderly;the resource conservation and pollution reduction work has achieved remarkable results;the natural ecosystem and environmental protection capacity have improved;the publicity and publicity work of ecological environmental protection knowledge has been effective;public participation is strengthened,the concept of ecological civilization construction is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;development has changed from pursuing "quantity" to pursuing "quality";the construction of ecological civilization system has entered a mature stage.Meanwhile,there are challenges in the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.Specifically,the people's ecological values and ecological morality are still not perfect;the basic survival needs of human beings are neglected;the ecological environmental protection system and related supporting systems are still not perfect;the people's awareness of ecological consumption has not yet reached a high level;the elements of the "five in one" during the social transition period have not yet formed a joint force;the developed countries have influenced on China's ecological environment;the issue of the pilot work of the national ecological civilization has been highlighted.Based on the preliminary findings and existing problems,this paper systematically expounds the necessity of strengthening the theoretical construction of ecological civilization.The fourth chapter,basic content of ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This chapter summarizes the basic content of the theory of socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics,including building ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,the harmonious co-existence of man and nature,the idea of implementing sustainable development strategy,the construction of resource-saving and environmental friendly society and the idea of taking the road of civilization development.The fifth chapter of the thesis,the development direction of the theory of socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics.It emphasizes the development of the theory of socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics should respond to the Call of "Building a Beautiful China",adhere to the fact that man and nature are the community of life,highlight "Chinese characteristics",adhere to the concept of innovation and development,include Chinese political imagination and vision,promote the great strategy of the overall layout of the "five in one",work to guide the resolution of China's outstanding environmental problems,adhere to sharing ideas to build a community of human destiny and absorb the research results of interdisciplinary theory.In the epilogue,in addition to the general idea of thesis,it raises a few questions that should be further analyzed and researched on ecological civilization construction theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
