Wettability is one of the most common physical phenomena in nature.Special wetting phenomena have a very important impact on the production and life of natural organisms and humans.Special wettability such as superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic on the surface of some living organisms in nature,which endows them with the most basic survival functions(such as self-cleaning,drag reduction,friction reduction,wear resistance and so on);in human production life,special infiltrated surfaces are also used in various facilities and equipment to improve production efficiency.For example,super-hydrophobic surfaces are widely used in anti-fouling,drag reduction,anti-icing,self-cleaning,etc.;super-hydrophilic materials are widely used in anti-fogging and anti-adhesion,micro-fluid control,oil-water separation,etc.Numerous studies have shown that the specific wettability of the material surface is determined by both the micro/nanostructure and chemical composition,so that(super)hydrophilic/hydrophobic interfaces can be prepared by designing the microstructure and chemical composition of the materials.However,the micro/nano structure on the surface of the material is generally poor in stability,and it is usually difficult to withstand large mechanical friction,radiation and other external damage during use.Therefore,improving the mechanical stability of special wetting interfaces is one of the main objectives of research on special wetting interface materials.In this paper,the concept of self-lubrication is introduced in the construction of special wettability interface materials,two hydrophobic surfaces with good wear resistance and two functionalized wear-resistant self-lubricating hydrophilic surfaces are prepared.The four types of pro/hydrophobic special wettability interfaces are:brush organic/inorganic hybrid wear-resistant polysiloxane hydrophobic surface,organic/inorganic hybrid perfluoropolyether hydrophobic surface with good wear-resistant and self-lubricating properties,multifunctional integrated self-lubricating hydrophilic surface with anti-fog and wear-resistant performance,and hydrophilic biofouling surface based on multiple intermolecular interactions.The details of the study are as follows:1.A smooth,self-lubricating polysiloxane hydrophobic surface similar to the SLIPS surface was designed through an organic/inorganic hybrid method.The polysiloxane was anchored to the substrate surface through a silicon-oxidation bond to form a brush-like structure.The prepared coating had a low friction coefficient and good light transmittance,it could also repel almost all liquids(except silicone oil)and withstand ultraviolet radiation or heat.Various external force damages such as solvent immersion and ultrasonic treatment can withstand more than 30,000 friction cycles under 100 KPa pressure.2.The organic/inorganic hybrid perfluoropolyether wear-resistant and self-lubricating surface was prepared by a one-step method.Based on the previous chapter,the sol-gel method was used to graft chemically bonded perfluoropolyether molecules on the glass surface.The prepared coating not only had good light transmission properties but also repelled almost all types of liquids.In addition,the coating had excellent anti-fouling properties and fingerprint resistance.The coating could withstand 200,000 friction cycles in air and ethanol solvents at 100 KPa pressure,which exhibited good tribological properties.3.The multifunctional integrated polymeric hydrophilic anti-fog coating material was prepared by molecular design,which consisted of p MDBAB-PDMS copolymer and PEGDMA to form a cross-linked network.Due to the coating contained flexible polysiloxane chains and quaternary ammonium groups,it had good lubrication,anti-fogging,anti-static and self-lubricating properties in the air,it also had good self-cleaning,low friction,and antibacterial properties in water.4.We used chitosan grafted hydrophilic polymer brushes to prepare a polymer material with a "bottle-brush" structure,and the synergistic effect of multiple intermolecular interactions such as electrostatic interaction,hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction with tannic acid was used to construct a hydrophilic self-lubricating coating with good water lubrication properties,wear resistance and protein contamination resistance.The coating could be prepared under mild conditions,and it also could be constructed on the substrate surfaces of different materials such as inorganic nonmetals and polymers,without the limitation of the substrate surface morphology.The coating preparation method will provide the basis for the following practical applications.
