The decontamination of radionuclides is a key issue in nuclear decommissioning,nuclear emergency response and related nuclear activities.After decades of research and development,membrane decontamination methods have been widely used in decontamination operations,waste recovery and treatment and disposal.In this paper,in view of the existing research on surface radioactive decontaminants,there are many kinds of surface radioactive decontaminants,the systematic research is not enough,and the research on the decontamination mechanism has yet to be in-depth,and the efficiency of radionuclide environmental decontamination.The surface radioactive decontaminant is prepared by molecular design and synthesis.By studying the action mechanism of the decontaminant and the decontamination efficiency of the radionuclide scene decontamination agent,the relationship between the molecular structure of the decontaminant and the decontamination object,decontamination mechanism,and decontamination performance was investigated.The results of the study can provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the preparation of surface radioactive decontaminants and the study of decontamination mechanism.The main contents are as follows:1.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper starts with the selection of monomer,choose suitable monomers as soft and hard monomers of surface radioactive decontaminants,and prepare decontaminant base material through pre-emulsification polymerization process.In the preparation process,the target product that can be peeled or self-brittle is formed by adjusting the synthetic conditions.The structure and properties of the decontaminant base material were characterized by the ~1HNMR,FIRT.The results showed that surface decontaminant base material with different molecular structures were synthesized and prepared.Through the selection and control of monomers,surface decontaminant base material with different curing morphologies can be synthesized.2.Use DSC,universal stretching machine,particle size analyzer,three-dimensional depth of field instrument,etc.The effect of monomer structure on decontaminant base material was studied.The effects of synthetic technology and molecular structure on the properties of decontaminant were discussed.The results show that,when the BA/MMA component ratio as the main monomer in the polymerization is 1:0.9,the surface decontaminant has better performance.The tensile strengths of BA/MMA,BA/MMA/AA,and BA/MMA/MAA are 6.38Mpa,8.41Mpa,9.16Mpa,the elongation at break are:440%,505%,and 671%,the thermal decomposition temperatures are:352°C,368°C,and 409°C,the peak surface heights after cured film are:11.71?m,5.64?,and 10.12?m,respectively.In the study of polymer structure and performance,it is found tha t attention should be paid to the control of the amount of hard monomer.A single increase in the content of hard monomer has a nonlinear effect on the overall performance of the polymer substrate.3.Test the applicability of surface decontaminants through the surface of different roughness objects and the surface of different substrates.And using Ce as the tracer element to carry out the decontamination experiment of the decontamination agent on three surfaces(organic polymer materials,wood board,iron plate),and also investigated the decontamination of surface decontamination agent in the radionuclide environment.Pollution efficiency.Experiments show that on the surface of objects with different roughness and different substrates,the peelable decontaminant can completely solidify into a film and peel off completely,the self-embrittle decontaminant can form brittle blocks,the decontamination rates of the decontaminants on different surfaces is above 90%.In the radionuclide environment,the surface decontaminant can successfully complete the film formation and embrittlement process.At the same time,the overall efficiency of decontamination for nuclides in a radioactive environment can reach more than 90%,which can meet the demand for decontamination in a radioactive environment.4.Use surface tensiometer and particle size analyzer to characterize the body performance of the decontaminant.Based on the performance test,pointed out that the process of surface wetting and permeation of decontaminant are the important factors affecting the surface decontamination effect.The coating state of the contaminants and the binding state of the contaminants after the decontaminant was cured was characterized by an optical microscope,which verified the wetting and penetration process that the proposed decontamination process would go through.
